I arrived early to avoid any queues at 8.45, a line had formed by 8.55 when the branch opened. I was first through the door, staff were friendly and directed me to the tills. I did my transaction and was out the door by 9.01, no complaints from me, all good

I opened an account. Transferred the funds from another bank. Was told funds would be available on a date. They than added 4 more days without informing me. I have bills to pay and other expenses like food and I do not have access to the funds. Thank you for being a shitty bank. Be honest with people. If I could give you a zero I would

They set up an appointment because my information needs to be updated. I show up 2 mins late and they don't want to take me in because they are busy. Thanks for wasting my time.

This establishment is the absolute worst!!! I have been banking with Bank of America for almost 20 years and this is by far the worst branch I have ever had to deal with! I've been in there three times to open a business checking account and three different times they tell me they need different information!!??? I am there for a simple task and this is after I wait an hour and a half to see anyone. for a platinum preferred customer you would think you would get better service!!! NOPE! Save your time and go to another branch!! Corporate needs to come down and really make some changes! STAY AWAY!!!

The only reason I give this branch 2 stars is because there are a few employees that are super sweet and helpful. Now the reason I deducted 3 stars is because of everything else or lack thereof. The hours are ridiculous. There's only 1 teller for the drive through banking. At most there are 2 lines open for the drive through but still only 1 representative alternating cars. The bank recently closed without notice and didn't even say it was 'more than likely' due to someone having covid in the bank! This is not professional! They should've notified customers right away so they could make arrangements to go to another branch! Can you imagine the elderly going to do their transactions? Aaaaand not to mention the parking lot is a nightmare trying to go in or out!

The service is simply pathetic. If the computer system worked properly? staff? Associates? Or whatever moved any slower,. I'm guessing they would fall over. Like sleep walking. I electronically deposited a check, only for it to be withdrawn in the NEXT transaction. I will give them credit for facial registration. I've been in their face so many times in the past month, they have a clue what they're in for. It's not pretty. I'm tired of wasting my time with their time saving features. About to move to a new bank. My guess is that they're probably about all the same.

The Bank of America in St. Cloud Florida was not my favorite banking experience. Even though the check I wanted to cash was drawn on an account holder of the bank they were going to charge me eight dollars to cash the check. OK I get it if the check was not drawn on their bank but I declined to pay the eight dollars and brought the check home to deposit in my own bank.
