  What a horrible experience in this bank. My husband goes in here all the time to cash personnel checks that home owners write him, never had a problem. I go in there today and get the filling from the girl at the counter that I stole this check and she has to call the customer who wrote the check. Make me fill like a criminal. Needless to say the home owner didn't answer and the stupid lady tells me she can't cash it. Meanwhile has she is calling she asking me who I bank with. I tell her and she just wrinkles her nose at me. BB&T needs to retrain there employees on customer service. Will never open a bank account here and I will tell everyone my experience here.

  If you are looking for a community bank look no further, BB&T is your place. Friendly atmosphere… like the people working there actually like their job “wow, fancy that”. The Bank offers all the best product to be expected from a large institution, (online banking, bill pay, apps for your phone, checking accounts, mortgages, insurance, business products) but you still get that small bank feel. I have been working in the financial industry for 12 years, and this bank has hit all the right marks. Go try them out. As for the genius 1 star person, JJ, not everyone can be pleased… especially in the banking industry. The manager is competent and extremely friendly.
