Sorry excuse for a store. I get there they are closed for lunch on a day they are open from 12 - 4:30. Then she tells me she can't do a phone switch on my account. What a waste of time going there.

I went in there asking about their $20 plan which they had advertised online and in the store (big ad sitting right in the middle of the store as you walk in) the gentleman said they do not offer that in the store. It didn’t make any sense. So I took my business to Metro by Tmobile instead. Thanks!!

Website and hours on front of store says open until 5 PM on Sunday but employee said that they already closed and it was only 4:30pm

This young man needs Comunication lessons. When a boost customer walks in with phones with questions about the network change maybe he needs to ask what phone number so I can check this for you. Long story short we get home and he calls. Then he gives a special price. Already ordered phone on line for the one that we needed. Called. Boost and confirmed the 2 phones he said we needed new we don't need. They are fine.

I had to get a new phone. I was told up bill would not increase. But my bill went from $39.00 a month to $127.00 a month. I work at a temp job. I can't afford this increase. So my phone will probably be turned off. I have no transportation my car is in the shop. I don't like being lied to. I will do without a phone.Before I do business with this boost mobile store again.
