Got the service we needed, CiCi helped us tremendously getting switched over from another carrier. She broke everything down for us and we went from paying $250 for 2 lines with Verizon to $80 for 2 lines at Boost. Glad we stopped by today.

Boots is absolutely horrible. They took $424 from my card when I was trying to pay my bill of $57 and for God shakes I can't get a hold of no one!! I need money back!!

I bought an iPhone13 outright when I signed up for boost. I decided I didn't like the phone and wanted to go back to an android. Not once did boost tell me when I bought my phone they wouldnt unlock it or that there were restrictions even after I paid for it. They were beyond rude and wouldn't help. Don't recommend this company ever. I just want my phone unlocked and an apology

I had to get a new phone. I was told up bill would not increase. But my bill went from $39.00 a month to $127.00 a month. I work at a temp job. I can't afford this increase. So my phone will probably be turned off. I have no transportation my car is in the shop. I don't like being lied to. I will do without a phone.Before I do business with this boost mobile store again.
