Phenomenal experience from start to finish.
The customer service was exceptional, as was their communication through the entire process.
The quality of the repair work was flawless and they even recommended some products for detailing my paint work and showed me some techniques to avoid and damage when I detailed my own vehicle.
I cannot recommend Caliber Collision highly enough and will never take my truck anywhere else.
Special shout-outs to Melody (front desk), David (my service advisor) and Jeff (who handed me the keys and went over the repairs to my truck when David was OOO).

The people at the front office and the service rep, David, were all very pleasant, knowledgeable and helpful during the whole repair process. David's almost daily text updates were very helpful in following along and knowing that progress was being made on the repair. And the entire repair seems to have been done very well and careful detail. I am satisfied with the people and the results of the work done.
