Although I am not a customer of this bank I must say that I was upset about what I saw yesterday! As a retired Police Lieutenant and having two Sons that served in the Army I was ashamed of the flag that is flying outside of your St. Cloud branch. The U. S. Flag is faded and torn! It should be removed and destroyed respectfully as per U. S. Guidelines. It is my hope that this matter is addressed swiftly!

No longer greeted when you first pull in drive thru. They wait until your transaction is done before acknowledging you.I have no idea what is going on with their app. It used to show your current balance, but not the case anymore. My Zelle transactions used to appear instantly. Now it's an hour or so before my balance reflects each transaction. The disappointment in the app is why I will be changing ? banks.

Closed Saturday! Had a small stupid issue an then they switched my account from free to 4.95 a month!
