I haven't even been able to make an appointment, everytime you call to make an appointment they want to schedule you for 3 months after you call. Never seen soo poor customer service, this is why people just die and never check themselves.

I had been going to this office for years because I love Dr. Madsi. Unfortunately, during my visit last month, the new staff was extremely rude, going as far as suggesting I find another doctor. It was disheartening to experience such poor customer service. I wish I could have spoken directly to Dr. Madsi about what transpired.

Firstly, I want to state that the doctor is fantastic. She listened to me, and made me feel comfortable, but with that said, a doctor is only as good as her staff, and that’s not saying much at all. The staff is rude, petty, full of excuses, and the most uncaring people I’ve ever dealt with. I’m on a prescription for Zoloft. When I went to get my refill, they told me I needed to see her before getting another prescription. Fine, but then they informed me they couldn’t fit me in until June, which was over two months away. I didn’t have the amount of prescription pills to get me through until then, but she said, “hey, not my problem. I don’t know what to tell you.” What doctors office staff tells a patient that? What kinda office staff tells that to a patient on a prescription medication that needs to be taken daily, and cannot be stopped cold turkey? After some research, and with no help from them, I found out I could get two weeks worth of Zoloft from the pharmacy as an emergency fill. Great, but then I had to down my intake to half a pill a day, but at least I wouldn’t be going through withdrawals.Fast forward to a few weeks ago, I was running out of pills, and needed to see the doctor before doing so. I kept calling before that, trying to get myself in earlier, knowing exactly how many pills I had left, even only taking half of the prescription that was prescribed to me. They kept saying no, they put me on the cancel list, but that’s all the can do. Again, on a prescription that I need to be on daily, and cannot ween myself off of without assistance. Anyways, I decided to go in. Wait. The very rude lady in the front told me that the doctor wouldn’t see me, and that they’re under new management, and no longer accepting walk ins. I, again, explained to them the reasoning behind me being there, and needing to meet with her, but they refused, and I had to leave empty handed.Now, I called recently to confirm my appt, as I know June is coming up, and I definitely didn’t want to miss it. When I called, one of the staff members informed me that she didn’t see anything on the schedule for me, so someone in that office canceled it. Now, they couldn’t get me in until July, but don’t worry, they can put me on the cancel list (sarcasm).I have NO prescription left, and according to that office staff, it’s not their problem. I am now unmediated.I will never return to this doctor unless she fires all her front staff, and rehires people who have empathy, customer service experience, and can figure out how to use a scheduling system.Please, save yourself the stress, anger, and frustration, and never use this doctors office. I would rate this office a zero star, if I could.

I love this office all the staff are very friendly and helpful and professionally! Dr. ELBA is so sweet and kind and considered and always professionally. I would definitely recommend this office to anyone looking for a PCP.

Went her for years. She's an average doctor but had a truly amazing staff two years ago the entire staff was replaced. Since then it's been a constant rotation where the all of a sudden the entire staff is replaced. She was also heavily pressuring people to come in to the office and not do tele visits during the heghit of the pandemic before there was a vaccine.

Dr. Masid listens. She never rushes you, but talks and looks for solutions. Everyone in the office is kind and accommodating. A trip to the Doctor is not a nerve-wracking situation.

This place would be good if they didn't have the medical assistant Nicole wasn't there, she's a cancer to this practice and there's more people out there deserving of this job.

Dr. Masid is one of the best I have been to. She is very concerned about health and refers to other specialists when and if needed.My husband and I both think she is very professional and will continue to go to her.She has a very friendly staff as well.

The doctor and her staff at this office are extremely friendly and courteous. They have been awesome to see for any issues. My wife and I both go to her and we have been extremely happy with her care and dedication.

I know Dr, Masid for over 10 years She is very competent, diligent and caring. I strongly recommend her. Dr. Rivera /psychotherapist Her staff is always available, particularly her medical assistant.
