I had a great experience at this salon. I had the best experience ever. Vicky (the owner) made me feel like a 5star client from the beginning. She suggested I needed a trim and re-style and I couldn’t be happier. The cut, the shine are beyond what I expected. If you haven’t tried them I suggest you do! It will definitely be my go to salon!

Went in for highlights for my regrowth. The stylist fried and ruined my hair. I believe she put the bleach on my already highlighted ends. When I brought it to her attention, she lied and denied it. This never happened to me before. When I brought it to the salons attention, they denied doing anything wrong and then I was called names and bullied. So unprofessional! No one should ever be called names and bullied! Wish I could give 0 stars.

I walked in without appointment, and even when they were busy, they find a slot for me. Professionals and friendly staff, and my son was happy with his hair cut.

I have to say..beautiful place and great hairstylists. Diverse and bilingual. Spacious and overall customer service at the front desk is decent.
However, the prices are absolutely ridiculous. 1 wash/blow out with minor curls & another person just a wash no cut, no blow out, barely combed out… $100-$115 with gratuity. I asked the young lady up front for a price break down and she barely knew what she was saying. She stated “that’s just what they told me to say” as I asked about prices.
I easily pay $70 for a regular blow out at Drybar. Point being… it’s not about spending money. $100 for the services my friend and I received and for my blow out to be gone the next day…. I am just completely disappointed as I wanted to love this place.
I will absolutely never come here again. Complete robbery.

Went to get full highlights ended up with Ashy gray hair, went back second time to get it fixed and ended up with darker hair than when I original came in. Before and after and I even brought in my extensions before anything was done so she could compare( in case)

We love this business! The last time we came with our daughter, the color didn’t quite come out the way everyone intended. It was kind of all over the place , however, after speaking to the owner about it, she kindly fixed her hair and it came out absolutely beautiful. They are very sweet and very talented.

I had highlights, cut, blow dry today with Brenda Maymi; this is not the first time she has done my hair, and she is not the first person to do my hair since I’ve moved to Orlando 2 years ago. However, she will forever be the last. She makes my hair look fantastic, just like I ask her (better actually), for half the price for other people in town. She is accommodating and professional. She does stay very busy, but she is worth the wait! ⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️

I been here prior and Brenda has done an amazing job on hair. I needed to color my hair with some highlights before an event and the only one that was available was Tiffany.
Tiffany charge me $280 for “ Highlights” I showed her what I wanted and she told me she will have to charge more, but she could make it look like an specific photo for $280. I really wanted a change on my hair so I decided to do it. The disappointment when I got home and show my family my hair. She asked me if I carry my hair up and I told her sometimes depending on the weather. Not knowing she asked me to only do highlights at the bottom of my hair and on top. If I cut my hair in half I have not ONE highlight. $280 for justa few! On the front of my head and the bottom when the whole middle of my head has not highlights at all!!! It feels like such of scam! I regret so much going there. Even more letting her touch my hair.
