My experience is positive. This is my first year in this apartment and the staff help me with all situations in my apartment. The complex is clean and my apartment is in perfect condition. I recomended this community for families with kids and elder person. A+

I would not recommend living at this complex. The manager, Julisa, is extremely unprofessional and shows clear favoritism toward certain residents and staff. She’s very close with the maintenance staff, especially Wilfredo, and that leads to a lot of unprofessional behavior being overlooked.
There were several times she entered my apartment without notice, which is completely unacceptable. The complex also allows tenants who constantly smoke weed, and nothing is ever done about it even after complaints.
The apartments themselves are old, outdated, and overpriced — rent keeps increasing even though nothing ever improves.
Also, don’t be fooled by the positive reviews online. Many of those reviews are not a true reflection of what really goes on here. My experience was completely different, and I know several other residents who felt the same way. Thankful that I have found another proper and professional place to live.

I have lived in Crestwood for many years, and we truly love it here. Julie has also been part of this community for years, and her kind, positive words have made a lasting impact. Honestly, if it weren’t for her encouragement and support, I’m not sure we would’ve stayed as long as we have. Julie is a valuable part of Crestwood, and I sincerely thank her for all her hard work and dedication.

My name is Ariel, as a current employer for a different property management I wold love to say that Julissa is an aseptional community manager. Very friendly and relatable. As a single mother actively looking for our new home.. it could be very stressful. Talking with Julissa she was very informative and spoke clearly. I hope and prey this works out for me and my kids. I would definitely recommend, nice management and clean community.

Review as an applicant:
I called to verify a few things prior to applying for one of the units at the property as I did not want to waste my time. I spoke with Cindy regarding a wait list for three bedrooms (there is one) and commended her for being so sweet and professional, even with me calling two minutes before the office closed. I am not able able to apply with the length of the wait list however I was extremely impressed with the service. Thank you anyway! ❤️- Monica Soto

Where do I begin?! Between the service received from front office or the management department as a whole. This complex is one of the most unprofessional apartment complex I have ever experienced. I had a work order which included a hole that was in my bathroom since Thanksgiving and needed to be patched up. It took management monthssss to come and patch it. Mind you, I left several messages for this to be taken care of and it wasn’t until I had to approach Wilfredo the maintenance manager in person to come and fix
It and only because I expressed this was an extreme hazard as there was piping on the other side of the hole and I have small children. As far upper management they won’t do a thing. They’re very rude, condescending, and very unprofessional I am not renewing again this year. My apartment is outdated, work orders are not taken promptly. Not worth it they are better places to rent or buy.

Hi my name is Genesis Gines I currently live in Crestwood Apartments. Here all the workers and management is very good and attentive to everything the residents need. I enjoy everyday living here. They do fun activities for everyone and I truly enjoy them. They are really nice. I love how lovely the environment it's. Is very peaceful and not to mention the good and lovely neighbors.Ever sense me and my family moved here. We all have enjoyed our time here.

Living here has been great to me. Compared to where I was before, the overall ambiance of this neighborhood is priceless. Everyone is always so happy from the workers to my neighbors! Any time I’ve had an issue they have went above and beyond to fix it. I want to give a special shoutout to Julissa and her maintenance team Will, Vidal, and Edwin!!! A couple weeks ago they had a nice event outside with the scpd and my daughter loved it… for Halloween another event for the kids that my daughter loved. A couple days ago FREE COFFEE!!! This place is unreal and the rent is affordable. I really couldn’t be happier. Thank you again to the team you guys are AWESOME!!!!

Been a resident for about nine years now. When Joanna was complex manager. Since her departure been Going downhill. Terrible service and unprofessional management. Where to even start..Rude comments with attitudes and comments when you put in work orders and when it’s time to fix omg that’s a whole another paragraph I can write. Nothing is ever fixed properly with excuses after excuses and to get them to fix anything will go on forever. they don’t know how to do their jobs with professionalism. New management highly recommended for this place.Shady practices within community manager Julissa and maintenance team Wilfredo, Vidal and Edwin. Rent is is increasing with how poorly outdated apartments. Assigning parking for residents two per apartment should be a rule as their are so many vehicles can’t park anywhere. Noisy neighbors and management does have preferences for certain residents. Management lives here within this complex and they watch everything while they have their employees do what ever they want . They continue toHire the same employees who also live on grounds. Laundry area is so filthy and dryers are almost always out of service.. Garage area is so filthy and smells . Patiently waiting for lease to end.

I have been living in Crestwood for over 8 years. The managers (Joanna, and Julissa) have always been very caring as well as Cindy at the office. I wanted to give Kudos to the maintenance crew (Wilfredo, Vidal and Edwin.) They are wonderful, they helped me out when the air conditioner stopped working. They were awesome at helping me get through what would have been an otherwise very tedious and stressful situation.
