The customer service of this CVS is appalling! First, they now have a "new" program in which they will not answer the phone, but you have to leave a voicemail message to get anything done. God forbid you want to actually speak to a person, because that's not going to happen! Then, every time I call to get something filled or refilled, it is NEVER ready when they say it will be ready. Every time, I get to to the store at the time they specified and then I still have to wait anywhere from 15-20 minutes for them to finally fill something. Finally, the staff there are often rude when you talk to them or try to voice any concerns. It is a horrible place and though I currently have no choice but to use their pharmacy, I am in the process of getting that changed so I can go somewhere else. If you don't have to use them, trust me, you don't want to!Run!!!

Having someone, anyone that actually answers the phone instead of an answering maching where they may call you back, would be nice. I feel like I have a rip roaring case of covid, and seeing that I couldn't call to find out if you can sell me the test through the drive through, Im gonna come in and shop.

This location's pharmacy is never open during posted business hours. Will not recommend this location. It is rare when the pharmacy is open. Picture of 5 minutes after the location should have opened attached. You typically have to wait 15 minutes after the time that they should open before they actually open to be helped as the first customer if you are lucky.

After going to the Emergency Room...I went to get my medications 3 hours later and they did not have them ready and it is not the first time that the same thing has happened to me at this pharmacy.

After reading some of these reviews, I'm shocked ? I really didn't have a bad experience the two times that I have entered this store.When I walked into the store at first, I was greeted.I needed to use the restroom. It was my first time ever in that store, so I walked directly to the back of the store where the restrooms are. It was locked though, must get key from cashier. So I did. Then walked back to the pharmacy to pick up a prescription. The line had 3 people ahead of me. Customer had some issues and questions about their prescriptions, so line started getting long. Well I have a bad back and standing still in line is painful and frustrating. When it was finally my turn, the team member behind the counter smiled slightly and said; I'm so sorry for your wait and quickly rang me up and I was relieved. Also went back up front to check out their perfumes. They have tester ones right by the boxes of perfumes. I found one I liked, but the labels matched two different boxes of perfume. So I asked for help and the young lady that greeted me and gave me the restroom key came right over to help. She was able to figure out which one I liked. So I have been to this particular store only twice and I didn't have any issues with the employees. Maybe I just got lucky and got the only 2 caring employees they got.

Worst pharmacy ever. They had my prescription for over 12 days now, day 1 they told me they would text me when it was ready. I had a family emergency and another dosage that I'm also supposed to take, so I was just supplementing for the time. They told me over the phone it would be ready about day 5 and again on day 7, I went there to get it, it was never put thru both times 1st time I left and they said they would put it thru for next day due to the time and was told 2nd time on a Friday night they had to speak with my doctor before giving me the medication and the medication was never even put thru the last time either. They had the script for 2 weeks and never attempted to do so or even call me . With that said, that was Friday, today is Tuesday. I just called my doctor's office and they never received any calls or message from the pharmacy AT ALL!!! Supposedly my Dr just spoke with them and they said they are getting my medication ready now. We will see how that goes. I don't have confidence and won't be using this pharmacy anymore. Also will be calling corporate office. My lack of medication could have triggered my seizures. I wish there was an option for 0 stars.

This place doesn't even deserve 1 star. Worst CVS I have ever been to. We had an appointment for the flu shot. The entire Pharmacy staff is disrespectful. It took an hour to get our shot, and the pharmacist wouldn't answer my husband's question. We will never go to that one again.

Worse pharmacy ever! Do not go here. My mom visiting out of state and trying to get one of her med transferred is like pulling teeth. Pharmacist and their assistances their are the worse. Four days later and they kept giving us excuses as to they couldn't get a hold of the other pharmacy store. Finally just went somewhere else.

Miss Somawattie need training on Customer service, she need to know when you work at the pharmacy 99% of the customer are sick like me today, (feeling real bad) and there no reason to have attitude. If we need to pick up 2 prescriptions and I don't ask in the same order YOU WANTED that is NOT a reason for attitude.If is the law to ask in the order do you want, CVS need to let us (customer) know or the employee but in a PROFESSIONAL WAY.How just one employee make you think if you wanted keep business with CV or just go.This was my 10☆pharmacy

Is crazy that you go to the drive through and you have to wait so long for you to be seen. I was there today and there was one car ahead of me, it seems they were waiting for a medicine to be filled, but why if my medicine is ready I have to wait until theirs is filled? Why can't they park their car and go back when the medicine is filled?I was there for 40 minutes and I had to leave and so left all the cars behind me.
