The shop isn't much to look at but these guys really know their stuff! A quick fix to a problem I could not resolve, and you won't find a more reasonable price. Dale's communication about my device problems was excellent. This tech dinosaur will be bringing all my problems to Cyber Tex.

I would have chosen no stars if an option. I dropped off 3 computers to Dale, one laptop for repair, and 2 PC's, to see if he could get documents/pictures off of them. I decided not to repair the laptop because felt it was better just to buy a new one because of the cost of the repair. I went back to pick it up, and asked about the 2 PC's and he said he was behind and hasn't had time. 2 weeks later he says he still hasn't had time to get to them, so I said I would pick them up. He said he would have to find them........we are at about a month later and he still can't find them. He basically accused me of lying, and said there was only one computer listed on the paperwork. Why would I lie about dropping off computers, and I said if there was only one listed that was your error, and you didn't do the paperwork right. He just looked at me with a blank stare. I asked him who the owner is, and he said he doesn't know, so I asked about a phone number to his boss, and he said he doesn't have a number. Maybe he is the owner....whatever.......terrible customer service, very unorganized, and no accountability. Will NOT EVER go here again.
