Horrible they ask for documentation and once you provide they want something different. Jerk you around and seem to like you making repeat trips. No wonder its so long to get an appointment.

From the moment we walked in and was greeted by the officer I front desk till we were attended by jasmine in the DMV office and then helped by Elizabeth , me and my husband can’t complain about anything. All of our questions and concerns were answered and the kindness and time they took to carefully explain everything was greatly appreciated

We spent a couple of days doing the paperwork to renew our licenses. A person checks that you have what you need for your procedure, which is very useful because you have more peace of mind knowing that you will not waste time, especially when you have additional paperwork (such as TPS); Then he gives you the ticket to go to the corresponding ticket office. All the people who assisted us were not only kind, but also diligent, they guided us through the necessary steps to do everything better and faster. We are very happy to have moved to this county.

Had a 9:15am appointment so I got here at 9am. It's 10:30 and im still waiting. Just dropping off paperwork the website wouldn't allow me to do online. Elon musk would fire 80% of this staff and improve production.

The personnel on this Dmv is on another level at least all the times that concern me.... I've always been help and treated with respect and everything is done fast cause they value the time of their customers.. Pierre has been especially helpful with my mom and the way he is with the elderly deserves recognition and praises... If you have an elderly parent or family member and they need to go to a tax collector send them to Pierre the one with the security uniform in the welcome center will take good care of them....... knowledgeable and a nice guy thanks for always treating my mom like she deserves

I have been to the Saint Cloud DMV four times over the last year. Every time the staff go out of their way to help. Just finished with them again and they consistently are very friendly, customer focused and just a pleasure to work with. Thank you

Went to register a home made trailer and was told I have to register in the county I live in I checked and it says I can register here I travel 30miles weighed the trailer and couldn't get a tag, information helps waisted my day

I arrived without an appointment almost at closing time to renew my license and they treated me very well, no lines, super fast and everything was well organized, it only took 25 minutes..!! Excellent work
