Is wrong to lead people on. Instead of Lisa being honest , I wasted so much time waiting thinking am going to be hire and then I spend money on uniforms for nothing. Told me I got the job and lie to me. Everyone needs a job to survive and playing with people's livelihood is wrong. Love your neighbor as yourself. Think how would you feel if someone did that to you.

I went to this Dollar Tree to return an item. Instead of returned, I was overcharged. When I asked for rectification, a manager by the name of Lisa, made the experience absolutely terrible. She refused to return the money, even though the receipt clearly showed the overcharge, and after everything, my money was never returned.
Instead of helping resolve the issue, Lisa yelled at me and other customers, then walked away, saying she wasn’t going to cash out anyone who complained simply because she “didn’t want”. She also cursed and raised her voice multiple times, creating a hostile and uncomfortable environment for everyone in the store.
This was by far the worst customer service experience I’ve ever had. I truly hope corporate addresses this immediately because no customer should ever be treated this way.

Jennifer was amazing. I was on the dollar tree site and found a new item that I liked. I called up as I am disabled and they had it ready for me at the register when I arrived.
Madi was also there to help with a couple of quick questions and made sure I got the items Jennifer put aside for me.
This store is also very clean, neat and organized. One can tell the keep up with everything and the presentation is wonderful.

The staff is very nice! Always found great items. But it is a trap, the budget is $10 and I always spend more!

I am really dissappointed because the cashier Lala was rude, looks like racism because she threw the purchase separator on top of my products, also she made a mistake when she was scaning the items and she tried to overcharge me. She thought I didn't know what she was doing. Because I am Latin.

The cashier told me Sunday morning. I had never been to this Store. My Mountain Dew was RED NAKE DRINK. She got blue dirty hair and she anti No Kid Rock . Stop trying claim something you not .I was wrong person to TELL that too. Guess what ? I am so Telling on You.

Large dollar tree, lots to offer and staff were so kind and friendly! Store was exceptionally organized and clean. Very satisfied!
