I Place a order today for pick up and i was told over the phone will be ready 10-21 min , 45 minutes later waiting they didn’t even start and told us will be another 10-15, very disappointing !!!!They need to be honest with time frame if they are busy and not waste customer time!!!???

Good afternoon, we are very indignant with an order we made today for 4 pizzas so that my children could enjoy a happy afternoon at the pool with some pizza. I think it is in very bad taste to send us some burnt pizza, a very lack of respect for me and my family.

Today we order in the app as we have done many times before. We order carry out and since we arrived we checked in in the app so that they knew that we were already waiting. We called because it had been 10 minutes since we checked in and they told us that they were going to check the order. In the end, 20 minutes later we had to get out of the car and look for it inside the store. There was no apology, they didn't tell us that due to the delay they would give us the following order for free either. It was very inconsiderate.

Horrible customer service from this location. Ordered through the app and the pizzas arrived with the wrong toppings. Called the store and was told since I ordered through the app vs calling the store, there was nothing they could do. I’m sorry but why have an app then? We will not be ordering from this location again!

I ordered 3 pizzas and bread on Thursday. I tracked the progress on the app. I have ordered from this store before and had no problems, but this time……!After watching the driver drive off to the south, we live to the north, and then start heading back to the store , then stopping and heading back south, away from me. It has now been an hour since my order!I called the store and the manager Ken said it was being delivered. I told him it was not and the driver was lost. He told me he was busy and didn’t have time for this and he hung up on me.10-15 minutes later I called back and still no delivery. Ken was upset with me for being upset with him. He put the phone down and walked away. Eventually Corey picked up the phone and after a rehash of events Corey agreed to give me a full credit. 1.5 hours of my life lost forever, and I am still waiting to see the credit!
