Dustin at Enterprise has some of the best customer service skills in the world of customer service. Friendly and polite. Hit me into a car and I was on my way out. Turned around to inform them that the car needed an alignment and to check for another car. Nothing was clean, a car pulled in and he personally stopped to clean and prep the second car. He could have said no take what we gave you but went above and beyond his duty to make sure I was comfortable in the vehicle for my roadtrip. Thank You Dustin I’m extremely appreciative!

I had to get minor repairs on my vehicle. The office was clean and the staff were very attentive. KJ helped me with the process of getting the rental and even offered to call the insurance company on my behalf to sort out some issues with the reservation All state placed. Overall great experience!

I love what enterprise had and it was awesome. I turned my car into caliber collision and they called enterprise and Dustin delivered the rental on time and helped me through the process cause it was my first time with a rental car and I appreciate what he had done to help. You guys will have a lifelong renter from me. Thanks!!

I called this place after Ace Car Rental wouldn't rent me a vehicle to go out of town with( really dumb policy) which almost ruined my family memorial day weekend getaway. Specially after I booked the vehicle weeks ahead of my trip.
Enterprise counter staff reserved me a vehicle and at a reasonable price and ready for pick up in half hour.

Update 4.25-I do not believe this location really cares about the guest experience. As requested in their response to my first review, I sent an email to the email they provided. I received a reply from that email telling me they do not have access to the online reviews. There was zero effort to resolve as anyone can review google reviews. It is not very difficult. I wish I was able to change the stars to zero. This locations service is lacking. It would be worth the drive to rent elsewhere.
This last rental experience was not a great one. The car smelled like cigarette smoke, the passenger window would not go down, the cigarette lighter did not work to use as a phone charger, the windows has sticky sticker stuff all over it and the car had quite a bit of exterior damage. I did inform enterprise of the issues and they said sorry about that, we must not have left the air purifier in the car long enough. Disappointed in the service I received this time from them. Thank you, Jamie
Update (3.27) Enterprise replied to this review asking for my reservation information. I quickly emailed it to them as requested. No response for days and then just today I received an email back saying we received your email and we are not sure how to help you. Customer service is lacking from this location and disappointed with my experience with Enterprise this time. I would book your rental car from another location or a different company. I took my review from 2 stars to 1 star based on the poor correspondence.

I rent a car every other month and Enterprise always has great prices and friendly service. Quick check in and I can drop off on Sunday. This St Cloud office is especially helpful.
