I am pleased to share my exceptional experience with Gerber. From start to finish, they exceeded my expectations in every aspect. Upon dropping off my vehicle for repairs, they had already coordinated with the rental company to have my rental car ready at their shop. Although my vehicle was initially quoted for repairs to take a little over a month, I was consistently kept informed throughout the process. Remarkably, they completed the repairs ahead of schedule. When I picked up my vehicle, not only was it repaired to perfection, but both the interior and exterior had been thoroughly cleaned. Gerber’s attention to detail and commitment to customer satisfaction truly made what could have been a stressful experience a seamless and efficient process.

Ziomara is amazing! I had such a great experience. First time in a car accident and my insurance referred me to Gerber. It was a minor fender bender but they left my baby as new. I am very happy with the service. I was given a rental, was able to drop off car and pick up all at the same place. Close to home and very convenient. Great job guys!!

Not too many places will have great staff like Carlos with humbleness and kindness. In todays market everyone is rushing and rude. To see that there are still people who truly engage with what they do for work is amazing. We appreciate Carlos’s humbleness and willingness to communicate throughout the entire process of repair. Gerber Collision treated us greatly for our first experience. If it wasn’t for the insurance taking so long to replace a simply key, I would have also stated the entire process was fast! Truth is Gerber finished our car which was badly damaged in a matter of a week or two. Last time I had to do a repair through the dealer it took 2+ months! Only reason our car was left parked for a month and a half was due to insurance not making up their mind and delaying the entire process. As they always do. Trying to jiggle their clients. We’ll be sure to come back to Gerber for any future repairs.
