Every time I called I was given a different date for the chair I was ordering to be shipped, I finally cancelled the order and wanted a refund. It took them an extra day to do that, which ok, understandable. But after a week my credit card company shows there was no refund initiated at all. So I call again, to be told the manager is busy, and to wait until the end of the day and my refund will be credited. Also was told I would finally get the cancellation email with refund information. It's over 300$, and I feel like that are playing around. I need this chair and found a place that has it ready to send but I can't get it until I get my refund from them. It's a dire necessity for me, and it has been a run around. I'm about to get an attorney involved, the added stress from this is ridiculous and is I get an attorney involved in going for extra to compensate for the added stress.

Don’t give this place your business! You’re better off going to Florida Mobility where you won’t be discriminated against. I went in with my elderly mother and the sales woman had a terrible attitude from the beginning. She was resistant in giving us any information and then was hovering over us in a weird way. Then after 10 minutes asked us which one we were going to buy. I told her we were still looking and she blatantly told me that “this was not a place to browse around” insinuating we had to buy or leave. My husband was appalled at her insulting and derogatory accusations. We took my Mom and left. I have never been so disrespected and insulted. I was not aware that browsing in a store before you make a purchase was not allowed in this country.

This place is here to scam your insurance! I shopped here for 16 years before this lady bought it. My wife needed a cpap pillow. The lady wouldn’t let me get one down off the shelf to look at it unless I paid for it first. It was $150, THREE TIMES the price for the same pillow on Amazon! Finally I drove to the CPAP supply store by Disney on Palm Parkway and bought it for the same price as Amazon and had it the same day.
I reported this lady and her store to my insurance company and the IRS because of this. If somebody opened an honest shop in town she’d go out our business.

They terrible with communication between doctor and insurance patient also .I been waiting for service for 2 week and is a mobility scooter that I use to get around because Im disabled.

The woman behind the counter was very friendly and helpful. But no prices are listed on the items so i assume they charge whatever they feel like in the moment. My Boyfriend went there today to get normal saline for a wound cleaning and charged $39.99 for a bottle. Only needed one small bottle and was told they are sold as a set of 4. Then why aren't they shrink wrapped with 4 bottles together? When he got home i searched and found the identical item, same manufacturer, same size bottle for 3.99. I read a review they had fair prices … i ask who did they compare prices to? Paying 10 times higher prices doesn't seem like fair prices to me. We need it so we will use it but they won. Congrats. You got my money.
