I walked in today to pickup an order I made online. The manager said he canceled my order because he stated “he wouldnt make any PROFIT off of my order and it costs more to get the items on the shelf than what I am spending for them”. I spent $135. GNC did offer a “10% off to do store pick up”, which would’ve save me $13. Instead I found a coupon code, from Retailmenot for $20 off $100. So technically you canceled my order because I saved $7 too much? That wasnt a smart business move for someone who workouts next door at CF fitness and spent LOADS of money at your stores on supplements. (Supplements are expensive and I just wanted to save a couple of dollars for once, as these codes are rarely available) My husband (supplement head) and I will never shop here again, not that the manager cares. I placed an order for another store, same code and it was available for pickup in (NO LIE) 3 min from the time I entered it.

This is not the first time I come to this GNC and it’s closed. I hate eating my time coming to a place that’s closed most of the times.
