Very friendly staff and experience! Q was excellent with my 9 year old not only giving him a quick and awesome haircut, but having fun with him and making it an overall pleasant visit. We were in and out in no time!

Unfriendly, unprofessional and rude. The woman who I assume is a manager (skinny, short hair, kind of tall, older woman ) shows a lack of respect for both her employees/coworkers and customers as well. I will not be returning to this location

This is my first time getting my hair cut at this salon. I'd already brought my son here, and I can say I'm satisfied. Both Qu (I don't really know how to spell it, sorry) and Ms. Nelly were excellent; they took great care to do what I asked for. Excellent service. I will definitely return. Thank you.

Its been a while since I have been WOW’d by a haircut. A Mens haircut for $20 and Sierra overdelivered! Very nice at blending and really paid attention to detail. Would recommend to as many people as I can!

these people working at this location really don’t know how to do hair for the life of them. me and my sister went one day and they butchered her haircut so badly, while i too was so dissatisfied with mine that i had to touch it up at home. they also didn’t have good service but i still tipped $10 for a $20 haircut. i don’t expect much from a great clips which is why i hadn’t gone in a very long time but the 2 women working that day didn’t even reach the bare minimum of warmth and decent hair cutting skills. will be sticking with hair cuttery next time!

I feel bad about leaving this review but my haircut was messed up to the point I had to go back the next day to get it fixed (which was done perfectly so I went with two stars instead of one). I'm one to leave it and just worry about it the next hair cut but this was probably the worst it has been and was very noticeable to other people,

I love coming to this hair salon. They have always treated me very well and with great courtesy. They are very careful to keep the place clean.
If you make your appointment online, they will serve you quickly and even more so if it is on the weekend.

Worst experience ever. A few months ago there was a lady that did an amazing job with my son. I brought my mom this time but that lady wasn't there, since my mom doesn't speak English, I asked for a Spanish speaker
I talked to her before I dropped my mom off and asked her how much would it be for blower
My mom's hair is short, above her shoulders - lady said $31
When I picked my mom up, she was charged $62 without shampoo
And her hair wasn't even straight
Total rip off and nobody takes responsibility for it
DO NOT GO THERE
