I brought my Nissan Kicks 2021 to Jiffy Lube on August 16th, 2024 because my car was shaking when I was driving and engine light was on. I mentioned to Jesus the on site manager that I was told it was the catalytic converter. Jesus tells me it was the oxygen sensor and replaced the sensor. Jesus also convinces me to get $3,700 worth of work, in which they could have charged me any more. When I pick up the car, I am told the wheel bearings were also in need of replacement. If they couldn’t do the wheel bearings, they shouldn’t have done the work (in which I got done at another shop and had to pay for another realignment). Engine light came back on and they said it was the front oxygen sensor came back on then they state they replaced again. The engine light comes back on and then they say it is the catalytic converter I originally mentioned. I took it to yet another shop and realize it was the rear oxygen sensor was bad in addition to needing the catalytic converter replaced. I called Jose’ boss and was offered NOTHING to make things right after explaining myself. Even the “top of the line tires” came with low tread in my opinion. THEN it come to my attention Jiffy Lube installed an after market front oxygen sensor incorrectly that I had to replace (with an original front oxygen sensor for less money). I got taken advantage of and ripped off. DO NOT COME HERE. BIGGEST SCUMBAGS YOU WILL EVER DEAL WITH.
