Jon’s Towing & Transport truly came through for us when we needed help the most.
While traveling today (Friday January 23, 2026) to Okeechobee, our Silverado unexpectedly suffered a fuel pump failure just as we were nearing our destination. This was already stressful enough, but to make matters more critical, we were traveling with a trailer carrying our horses for the weekend.
From the moment Jon’s Towing & Transport arrived, everything changed. They showed up like angels in the middle of a very difficult situation. Their professionalism, calm demeanor, and genuine willingness to help made an overwhelming problem feel manageable. They not only took care of the truck, but also helped coordinate transportation so we could safely continue to our final destination.
Despite the circumstances, the service we received was absolutely outstanding. Reliable, compassionate, efficient, and above all, trustworthy. We cannot thank Jon’s Towing & Transport enough for going above and beyond when it truly mattered.
If you ever find yourself in a tough spot and need a company you can depend on without hesitation, this is the one. Highly, highly recommended.

My daughter car broke down in no mans land between St Cloud and Melbourne. I live in Davenport and with a quick call and a location pin he safely and efficiently brought my daughter’s car home. He communicated exceptionally and very fair price considering the distance! Highly recommend and I normally don’t bother with doing reviews, that’s the kind of impression he made on me! Well done!

Jon was super reliable and sent photos and a short video of our trailer as we were not on the site when he picked it up. Then he brought it to us where we were able to locate and purchase new tires. And, then he took the old tires off for us and put on the new tires and even checked the air pressure and filled them to the required amount. He went above and beyond to help get us back on the road. I recommend him 100% and am so thankful he was recommended to us!

I would highly recommend Jon's Towing for any Towing needs. He promptly provided a quote and was available to pick up my car to transport to the dealership. Very communicative, extremely friendly and even sent pictures to validate pick up and drop off. This was a last minute attempt as many things went left in getting my car serviced and having a tow available, he made this whole process seamless and set my mind at ease. I never thought in a million years I'd actually find a towing experience to be either enjoyable or good but this guy knows how it's done. He's super down the earth, and more then willing to go the extra mile. If you're ever in need of a tow please give Jon a call you won't regret it. Breaking down on the directed road unexpectedly is never fun.. it’s refreshing to be able to call a local Tow service that is nice helpful professional knowledgeable and prompt … there in 20 min .. it made things easier in the time of need ..
