  After going to so many nail salons in St. Cloud, Florda..by far, this nails salon Joy Nails is one of the best place to go to get your nails professionally done. They are very friendly, very hospitable.🫶🏼 and by far so clean.. Their work is amazing 💕🙌 I Referred so many people to this place.

  Horrible job , only got a pedicure my nails were cut down and not even filed , they are uneven , and the polish job was sloppy , definitely do not recommend

  Horrible experience there first and last time me coming in girl cut all my nails after me letting them grow for months and crocked too on top of it also chair sounds like it’s about to explote … wouldn’t go back

  Joy Nails has been my go-to nail salon for years, and they consistently exceed my expectations. I always trust David to do my nails, and he never fails to impress me with his skill and creativity. The entire staff is incredibly friendly and welcoming, making you feel at home from the moment you step in.   I have really bad anxiety related to a past experience at another nail salon, but I’ve felt so comfortable ever since I started coming here. The entire atmosphere is welcoming and calming, and I never feel rushed or judged. I’m definitely more on the shy side, but it’s honestly not hard to have a fun and easy conversation with David and Hanna. They’re both so kind, patient, and personable!!
  
  I always ask for Hanna because she is the best!She’s so talented and does the BEST color matches to photos. I leave every appointment feeling happy and confident with my nails.
  
  I’ve been coming here for a while now, and I’ve never had a negative experience with any of the staff. They’re consistently professional, friendly, and they really care about making sure you leave satisfied. I’m so grateful I found this place and i definitely won’t go anywhere else!

  so i am a nail tech, and one of my clients who had just gotten their nails done here came to me asking if i could fix her nails because she hated them. i was filing her nails to try and remove as much product as i could so i could then do a soak off. as i was filing her nails i noticed that the product was hardly coming off. so i just started soaking her nails. once i took her hands out of the acetone and starting scraping her nails, i noticed that the product was a very gummy, sticky consistency, meaning, mma monomer was used on her nails, mma is illegal to use on nails in all 50 states as it is not meant to be put on your nails. the correct monomer they should’ve used is EMA. not to mention, monomer should’ve never been used in the first place because my client had asked them for dip, mind you, dip powder is more expensive to get done because they market it as a more “healthy” alternative to acrylics, so they basically charged her for dip but gave her a regular acrylic set. as a business owner myself, do better.

  Idk if there's new management or not. But this was my second time going, the 1st time great. The second time I didn't even get a service because the customer service was terribly lacking. It was almost like they didn't even care that I came through the door. So I left and went to Lee's nails and spa on Nolte and was serviced wonderfully. It's a shame cause I liked this place before.
