I stopped by this shop to check a tire sensor issue, and the experience was extremely disappointing. The owner told me that all four of my tire sensors were bad and that I needed to replace all four tires as well. I explained that my tires were new and only one sensor was acting up, but he kept insisting everything needed to be replaced. The quote he gave me was $890.
I decided to get a second opinion and drove just down the street. They confirmed only one sensor was bad and replaced it for $75 total.
This shop tried to upsell unnecessary work and take advantage of me. It’s getting harder and harder to find an honest mechanic, and unfortunately this place proved that the hard way. I will not be returning!
