The techs are good. But they have no respect for you. They are always late even if you have an appointment.
Some of the techs they tell you that is a norm. I can’t work like that to wait 2 hours and they keep Apologizing and they do It again and again.
In order to run a business you need to
Have some parameters but not having any and not respecting your loyal customers you loose.

I was just visiting FL and needed a full set. It COULD NOT wait til I got back to NY. The set and pedicure was great. Techs were very pleasant. The set has lasted phenomenally. I would go back in a heartbeat if I could.
