Did not want to write this. However. Every time I look in the mirror. I am still struggling with trying to cope with the horrible experience.
I walked in as this was my fourth time at this salon, I was really hoping for a great experience. But unfortunately, it turned out to be a total disaster. I just wanted a simple color, no haircut because I did not need one and did not want one because I was very happy with the length of my hair after having a baby. But the hairstylist insisted, and guess what? I ended up with the worst haircut of my life!
It went from half an inch to cutting off my long mid-back hair to my shoulders.
It was like she had a MULLET style in mind!
And the color? SMH disaster! It was uneven and I had patches, and even a burnt piece of my hair on the back of my head.
I walked out of that salon Very sad and disappointed.
I regret that day sooo much.
I told the hairstylist how disappointed I was, and she offered to fix the color. But I can’t trust her again. However I’m glad I got my money back. But still doesn’t change the fact that my hair is a total disaster. I don’t even know what to do with it because now I’m left with having to cut it to my neck to even it out.
When My friends and family saw me over the weekend they were shocked by the horrible haircut. I was embarrassed 😞
I’m sorry, but I can’t help how I feel. I really hope no one experiences what I went through.

Carina is an amazing hairstylist! She did a wonderful job cutting my hair and coloring it. I was anxious moving from Kentucky and finding someone new to style and color my hair. I’m so glad I found this salon that has a wonderful environment full of nice people and my new awesome hair stylist! Carina is very professional and I would highly recommend her.

Lillian is the best. Only person I ever let touch my hair in 20+ years. Lillian has an eye for attention and detail. I would highly recommended. This is the only hair place I would ever recommend.
