“I was recently making a purchase from Saint Cloud Levee and the debit card machine was down, forcing me to use the app for the store to pay. Long story short, I was double charged for my purchase. When I called to see what I needed to do about it, the person who answered said they were at the store when I made the purchase and remembered the situation. In no time, my account was refunded and I was profusely apologized to for the error. Great customer service makes happy customers!”
