My daughter and I got a gel, pedicure and manicure there less than a week ago and three days after we had it our nails done, they started peeling off and my daughter had to come home and use antiseptic spray and Neosporin because her cuticles kept bleeding

My first time here and my last I asked for what is in picture first pic with the design kept saying this is not what I asked for and kept doing what he wanted before he started I had asked can this be done and they said yes some other lady came and took pic on her phone what I wanted . While taking nail polish off they saw I had some black under my nail was told need new nail I said was fine to do the acrylic and that was not done . The guy kept asking me you don't like I said no wasn't what I asked for said can't do French with ur nail black underneath I told them that if they had put acrylic would not have been issue cause I have had French done many times with doing the process of cleaning up nail and putting acrylic . Then left me with nail polish all around my toe I had to demand to have it cleaned off . $55 dollars down the drain

The owner is very friendly and all the employees are also. I enjoy being able to walk in whenever I have the time. Very clean facility.

This is my 4th time here and every single time the service is amazing. I received a great pedicure with gel & waxed eyebrows for $54!! Most importantly, the people here are all very professional & sweet. The ambiance is very pretty, I love the look & feel of this spa. The massage chair is very strong and everything was clean! I really enjoy this environment.

Visiting St Cloud and needed my nails done. I went for a powder manicure today - they accommodated me right away. I am 3 weeks post-op on shoulder surgery, needless to say, I needed extra care. Lee was amazing! He was gentle in every way, but I have a feeling that is his normal care. He helped me move my arm when needed and super sweet. Technically, my nails came out beautiful! Sorry for the limited pic but one arm in a sling.

It was the most disgusting and heartbreaking experience I ever had I did my lashes there the lady was great but I did a pedicure usually I go to another place to do my toes I always wear open toes shoes but I had an engagement and since they have other services I said to my self let me try doing it here the guy that did my toes was rude he did a horrible job and over charge me and when I was asking him about the charges believe me I have a right to ask he try to tell his manager like I don’t want to pay I was disgusted I said to him I have money and I gave the right to ask about the charges I left him no tip he don’t even did the job I told him to but they are people that rather make a quick buck and lose an eternal one

I went in for a pedicure, and honestly my experience was full of anxiety. This was my first time at this establishment. The young man that assisted me, seemed like he didn’t know what he was doing or he was possibly new. He proceeded to remove my old gel polish but scrapped my skin with the tool. The burn and sting still remains. I left very disappointed. I didn’t like the experience or the way my toes were cared for; therefore I will not be going back ever.

Second time coming to this business, always sat immediately and pedicures are done properly, with cleanliness in mind! Nothing negative to comment.
