My husband and I were long overdue for a new mattress. They're having a great black Friday sale going on now that you can get up to $700 off select mattresses, and several mattresses also include a free adjustable base.
The sales person was friendly and helpful without pressuring us. She was patient while we tested just about every mattress in the store for maximum comfort. š¤
We got a great new mattress at a great price and it was delivered the next day.
If you need a new mattress, don't put it off, go make your life better. Your back will thank you! š©·

I havenāt received my bed yet but my experience so far has been an easy one. Buying a bed is very personal and Samia guided us without pushing. Her knowledge and experience were greatly appreciated. When we left without making a purchase, to āthink about itāā I felt good about what might be our new bed. When I got home, I decided to take a nap and after five minutes lying in my old bed I realized that my back was starting to hurt. Today, three days later, I Stop back into mattress firm and asked if I could lay on the bed for a few minutes. I think I mustāve laid there over 15 minutes and my back did not even for a moment start to ache. Kathy was there and answered all my questions. I went home again, but couldnāt get the bed out of my mind. At 5:30 while cooking dinner, I brought it up to my husband again and he said go get it. I called the store. Kathy was still there and said she would wait for me. I did purchase the bed and she also assisted me in getting a new base upgraded from the one I already have, and new pillows. Both these ladies were absolutely wonderful to deal with. I canāt wait till Saturday when I get my new bed!

Before we went into the store, my husband gave me the speech about how mattress salesmen are like high-pressure used car salemen.
Boy, was he surprised when we met Cathy! She was working with another customer but acknowledged us and let us know she would be with us shortly. She was very friendly and my husband was put at ease right away. She answered our questions, made recommendations based on our needs and demonstrated how the adjustable foundation/platforms worked. She also worked with us with regards to price as Mattress Firm was having their Black Friday sale.
