2 mornings in a row ordered a bacon biscuit meal...ended up with bacon mcgridle..2nd morning ordered the same thing..ended up with a sausage biscuit...you all need to get your act together or find another job else where.

My grandmother collects happy meal toys at different McDonald’s. We asked if we could get one and the cashier refused and said they can’t sell the toys separately. Considering every other McDonald’s does I doubt she’s telling the truth. When we asked if we could talk to a manager she paused and then rudely claimed to be the manager. Needless to say we are very disappointed with the service here. Train your workers better.

They are supoosed to stop serving breakfast at 11am. I got there at 10:40am and they tell me they already stopped serving breakfast.

Food cold and dry. The amount of money they charge to eat that garbage at least be hot and not leave fries out too long to get dried up. Not the lst time, we do not go often , cause it is garbage food.

Make sure you use the drive-thru! If you order ahead using the app to pickup inside they take forever because 1 person does all of the online orders and inside orders while the rest of them crank out the drive-thru. I have observed this the multiple times it took them about 20 -30 minutes to produce my order.

well the mcdoubles seem to be way better than i remember them. service seems decent in the morning and afterboon but at dinner they drop the ball. but to be fair the business it generates its insane to keep up not sure why its rated so bad and yet has triple the business than the main mcdonalds in saint cloud. but the atmosphere is generic but seems very clean most the time. not bad i say. only bad experience i have is when i order the chicken. 3 times i ordered it it was inedible rubber. 1 time i ordered a spicy chicken and got a spicy fish. each time the fixed it without complications so i say good custumer service. 4 outta 5 seems fair considering the insane amount of business they generate.

Dining lobby closed at 10:11pm,when it was supposed to be open until 11pm. 11 cars ahead of me through the drive-thru. Management should get their act together. Stop abusing the fact that you guys are the only ones back here in Saint cloud.

Drive-Thru had both lanes backed up into the parking lot. Went inside thinking it would be quicker. Wrong. Used kiosk 6 to place order and pay. The kiosk didn't provide the order number or receipt. I was trying to get help at the counter, but it was obvious they were short staff. Finally got the attention of an associate who tracked my order and provided it to me, but no receipt. Staffing and proper operation of kiosks need to be evaluated.

Ordered 2 vanilla sugar free coffee this morning. Received 2 warm black coffee with sugar. Thanks for making my neighbor sick and rushed to the ER.

This location has probably the worst and SLOWEST service ever. Not sure who manages this location but for as long as it’s been open it has such slow service. I’ve been in line a good 45+ min. The employees are young and they are usually gathered in the front talking and laughing (which is ok to have fun at work) but they are not being efficient. Then while I waited for my order the employee got upset when I asked for the drink they forgot to give me. And stated “What happened now?” It seems they lack professionalism and I’m sure I’m not the only one that thinks this.
