Supervisor on 3/31/24 @5:50 pm was rude and unwilling to listen to me. They were wrong about a policy but refused to work with me.

The supervisor decided for no reason that I couldn't buy more than $2000 in money orders. Considering I have to show ID and pay with my debit card, this rule they made up makes no sense. Thus, I'm forced to go to a few stores now. Btw, I've been buying over $2000 in money orders in a single transaction from Walmart every month for over a year.

Impossible to get parking..they have 20 prime parking spots not being used at all for customers shoping with their app. Pallets of merchandise block many aisles. Allover poor shopping experience

I have been using this location for three years. However, I will no longer go to this store. My problem is with the pharmacy, but the store manager refuses to help with the issues I have had. I have had two incidents in which I could not get my medicine I desperately needed due to this pharmacy. The first time I had Covid and was very sick. It took 11 phone calls to get my medicine. Yes, I should have stopped using them after this, but there are two employees in that pharmacy that are wonderful people. I kept going to the pharmacy because of them. The other day I was in such terrible pain I had to go to the emergency room. I was prescribed two medications. One of those the pharmacy did not fill. It took 5 phone calls between them and insurance company to get it filled. I was laughed at and lied to when I asked for the pharmacy manager. I called the main line and asked for the store manager. No go. I even called corporate. They said the store manager would get back to me in a day or two. Of course, I never got a call. I will not be returning to this store.

Store can't answer the phone, store can't fulfill timely online orders. But what the store is very good at is employing Spanish speaking employees to stand around a pallet blocking the aisle in groups of 6 or more and chat continuously in Spanish and not accomplish a thing! This store needs to be closed, as management sucks! Zero stars!

I called in a renewal of my prescription for Crestor, along with three others. The Other three were filled, but not the Crestor! I tried to call in for a refill again, only to be told that the prescription number (which I read from the label TWICE) I as not valid. I was then forced to request to speak to a pharmacy staff member. They answered "please hold!!!" I held for 17 minutes and called again. Once more I got "please hold". I shouted "NO" and the woman said "we're very busy!" I'm sure they will blame it on COVID-19. They are understaffed. I will transfer all of my Prescriptions to Publix.

Don't waste Your time going to this store! Every time I go there to buy groceries They're always "out of" something, & I'm not talking about "exotic" foods....simply basic stuff! Whoever does the ordering for this store should be replaced immediately. On one occasion there were NO carrots, another time there's NO white American cheese (what grocery store runs out of cheese?!), & the list goes on & on. This morning, planning on making beef stew for dinner, I made a special trip to this store. Not a single package of stew beef (or anything resembling it!) on the shelves! In fact, there were very few meats of any type in stock. Unbelievable! I had to drive to Publix to complete My grocery shopping. Then, if You can find anyone to help You, They either run in the opposite direction or have no clue what You're talking about. I always end up going to Publix to finish My grocery shopping. Publix has slightly higher prices, but They always have everything You need in stock, & the employees lead You right to the correct spot if You're looking for an item. I'm all done with this Walmart "neighborhood market"! Never again.

We live in Orlando, but we needed to grab a few items so we stopped in this location last Saturday while visiting relatives. We counted 4 employees with masks under their chins during our brief stay including the employee who was monitoring the scan area and came to our assistance with only inches between us. If patrons are expected to wear masks, then we expect employees to do the same. We won't be returning to this location.

Small gas station with a little convenience store next to the Wallmart grocery store. The gas here is usually cheaper than their competitors in the area, which I like. The lot is clean and the pumps are in good working order. They also have an air machine for a fee.

I had scheduled a Walmart pick-up and wasn't able to make it. Due to that my car broke down and had no way of getting to it. I called them was put on hold for now 15 mins and counting. Was transferred over or 5 times. Customer service never answered the phone. The lack of help is unbelievable. Extremely disappointed in the service I was provide or should I say lack of service. By the end of this it's been 20 mins now and I'm still on hold. Still waiting to be helped.

I recently started doing Walmart pickup for groceries since I had surgery and unable to lift. First order nobody put groceries in my car and glad I had my daughter there to lift them for me as no associate put any groceries in my car. Second order I was missing a few items I paid for and didn't receive some as much as $7, expired cottage cheese and cold items were warm. Over looked and let it go. Today was my third order and missing numerous items again that show on app I received paid for but items weren't given, again expired cottage cheese with the same date as last week 11/30/19 and today's date is 12/8/19 Decide to go back to store with both expired cottage cheese that were given a week apart and let them know I was missing items. Spoke to female manager that then looked at the person at service counter and said ok well what does she want... Instead of looking at me and asking me. So the guy asked well what do you want. I said a refund on expired items, someone to check dates on items especially items that are being picked up through Walmart grocery instead of buyer getting home and realizing items are expired as well as someone double checking that we get the items we are being charged for. Manager never looked at me and then told the guy at service desk give her a refund. The manager then walked away and never once looked at me even when I was speaking directly to her and never apologized or said anything to me. This is unacceptable and then to have a manager not even speak to you or look at you and speaks to the associate to relay message to you like you aren't standing there with her in front of her. If you do any shopping here or as pickup please check items before paying for expiration dates and missing items.
