I initially gave this establishment 5 stars. Jenny did my nails. However, I made the mistake of making an appt without picking a tech and was given the worst one. She sliced my finger open with the nail file, took TWO and A HALF HOURS for a fill and one of my nails lifted a day after. I highly suggest booking with a specific tech if you visit this establishment or you will be given the worst there. Jenny was kind enough to fix the lifting nail free of charge (I am pretty sure she is the owner). Though as the owner I would think she would be a little more concerned with her employees work results. I explained what happened two days prior (and she was also there at the time so she already kind of knew ). 2 1/2 hours for a fill is absolutely ridiculous and then injuring a customer and not even seeming to care is even more ridiculous.

THIS IS THE BEST PLACE EVER! After 10 years living in St. Cloud, I finally have a place to go regularly for pedicures. ANNA is AMAZING! She did pink and white gel and I LOVE IT!

Had to change my rating , came here yesterday and had the worse experience ever , while cutting my cuticles during my pedicure, the lady ended up, cutting me then after painting, my nails, which she did a horrible job. She then went ahead and used a nail filer and pressed against the same spot initially cut me not to mention, then I got sprayed with rubbing alcohol She barely scrubbed the bottom of my feet. The massage was maybe two seconds a total waste of $60. Had to go somewhere today to get them repainted because they look so horrible on the other hand. Hannah the last time was absolutely amazing so sad she wasn’t available she was so sweet and did an outstanding job on my toes she was super detailed and her massage was amazing she’s the only reason why I gave it 2 stars instead of 1

Hanah did an amazing job on my daughter’s nails!! She was very nice and patient with the design. She kept asking my daughter if this was okay and she kept making sure they were coming out the way my daughter wanted them! Definitely recommend her especially since my daughter really like the way the nails came out!! Thank you Hanah!

The lady that did my toes was so sloppy and under qualified. i had to point out the fact that she didn’t shape my nails whatsoever or give me a foot massage which is included in the pedicure i selected. She simply brushed over my cuticles instead of cutting them and never remove the dead skin on my feet. I left with my nail polish on my toes being literally chunky.
