This has been long overdue. Thanks guys for all the years of having my back. From the simple oil change to replacing transmission on my previous car to changing tires and most recently fixing my rear brake calipers which was worn down to the wheels. Extremely disappointed with the service received from this shop. Went in due to car not starting. They ran a diagnostic and told us we had a piston issue within the engine and best solution was to get an engine replacement. Once we were told they couldn’t do engine replacements due to engines for my car being in back order, they tried to return my car with everything completely disassembled. Spark plugs, cables, engine, everything disconnected. All was in my front seat and when it was brought up to Lucas, Lucas wanted to charge us more labor to put it back together when that’s how they should have returned it from the very beginning. Thought that was unprofessional coming from the owner himself. Not happy at all. Not coming back again. Spent $280 for them just to check the car for the diagnostic. They could have at least put the car back together.
