I have done business with this Allstate agency several time and never had an issue till now. I cancelled my policy with them back in August 28, I followed all there requests for cancellation and was advised by Julisha Harris all was taken care of, in September I recieved a late bill once again I emailed her. Now I get a letter from collections that I owe them money. I call and spoke to the owner which didn't get me anywhere. After doing my own research I see I did everthing on my part but they did nothing except send me to collections. Now I have to clean up there mess before it affects my credit. Not professional or responsible at all.

Will never recommend Allstate had them since 1999 and they canceled our insurance.

i have called multiple times to try and change my policy and i was promised to get a email by the end of the day and never got one.i don’t feel valued as a customer.

The owner Nicholas was extremely rude. Let me first start that I went to the office because I was told that I needed to go and person to cancel my policy when I went there I told him that I was told to come in person and sign a document for cancelation he immediate gets defensive and tells me why you didn't gave me the opportunity to do a quote? I told him that I don't need to give him any opportunity after that he asked who are you? and he hand me a card and told me just emailed it to that email and that is it, later on I get a call with another agent and asked me ma'am I'm not sure why your sending the document when I explained the whole story she told me I was given the wrong information I needed to sign a document. Mr. Nichalas only cares for the money and not the customers please don't make any business with him. Lack of professionalism.
