Jessica Merritt (Asst Store Manager) was fantastic today! :-) She did not have the item I needed in stock, so she had it brought in from another store within an hour. (She even called ahead to be sure the item was available.) She also displayed advanced knowledge of the issue I was facing, as well as sharing her computer screen with me so we could figure out together what to do. Along the way she was cheerful, pleasant, and energetic. Oh, and her fingernails are the bomb! ;-) Thanks Jessica, and I hope your boss reads this review. :-)

My Father had a dead battery today. We visited the O’Reilly Auto here in St Cloud. They were very helpful with my father looking up his account and everything. The young man helping was patient. When he needed assistance the manager on duty helped out. She had helped me before with my truck. I am glad and grateful there is an O’Reilly in St Cloud.

Staff was knowledgeable and friendly. Great location with plenty of parking. They were willing to answer all of my questions and the prices are average cost. They would definitely be my go to place as many auto parts stores have employees that know nothing about cars, parts, or accessories.

Amazing experience Here!!!! I came into there upset about have to do a overprice break job on my car. But Ms. Jessica turned my whole day around. She honestly took the time out of her day to explain to me what I should do, what car parts I need, tools needed, and people I could ask for help with parts installation .
