We are getting a barn cat, which I didn't know was a thing. Free of charge just make sure you have an outdoor area they can hide out in if it storms and make sure they are fed. After the 2 week acclimation time you let them out of the kennel. That way they know where food and shelter is.

I had to make the heartbreaking choice to put my girl to sleep - she was 13 and very sick. I was treated with kindness and empathy by the staff. I'm sad that I wasn't allowed to be with her at the end (healthcode?) But I know they treated her well. When they gave her back they held her gently and comforted me. Thank you so much for treating us with such kindness.

Staff sucks whoever the lady on drop off is , rude we stayed in the parking lot for a few mins after closing trying to find somewhere else to take the dog since they “couldn’t “ even though the dog has nowhere safe to go while we work because we are homeless and the dog cannot be in a car for over 8 hours she came to the window and told us to leave with her hand like you would an aminal you don’t want to pet . Didn’t suggest anywhere else to take the dog for a safe place to be like it wasn’t her problem . That’s the people that work for these places

I’ve gone about 4 times every single dog is supposedly not kid friendly yet I’ve trained dogs my whole life. Dogs in a cage will be hyperactive due to being caged. The same dogs have been there since last year July. If you want people to adopt change some of your staff because they look irritated to show dogs. The first thing they say is you have kids. Yup no good he’s too big lol when I have adopted 3 big dogs and currently still have them and take care of my kids more than anything.

Most of the dogs there were pit bulls, which are not allowed in my community. They are at maximum capacity and really need to try relocating some of their animals to other shelters or rescues.I have taken in a stray from my neighbourhood and can’t get them to take him to find a new home.
