Despite the issues they were having (oven issues not customer issues). They did get to my order and it was pretty good. The person who seems she was the manager tried her best to make sure customers was getting there order correctly while managing only one oven operating. Overall not bad it was good.

Ordered through uber eats. They gave my food away to the wrong person after we had waited about 45 minutes and none of the four people that went to pick it up could get it. They refused to remake the food to correct their mistake and the manager hung up on me when I called to address the problem.

Poor mannerism by associates . Quality Customer service skills seems to not be a priority when hiring staff at this location . Excessive wait times even if the order is placed online for pickup . No one will answer the phone , staff purposely picks up and immediately places ALL calls on hold. Today they were “drowning in orders. Over 25” claimed the staff . Management should better schedule staff, these issues should not render the capability of serving clients and providing a quality experience . Especially a first time experience at that. On top of all of this the food wasn’t even good . Poor presentation , improperly sliced and cold . Mind you the order was still being finished upon arrival . How does it get served cold?

Friendly staff but friendly doesn’t fill my stomach or pay the bills. If you plan to order here, expect to wait an hour longer than anywhere else for your order and if you are a delivery driver, be sure to have the hourly option on because these people seriously take their time every time I’ve been

We ordered curbside on this establishment. We got there, the order was not ready. Almost 10 minutes later, I decided to go inside and pick up my order. So, waited for about 10 minutes for them to find my pizza. The lady working there expressed her apologies. It's about 20 minutes away from my house.,We got home, pizzas cold and not sliced. The pizza was delicious! Thin crusts and love the jack o lantern style. Not going back though....
