My cousins and I contacted Penelope Nails and requested appointments for manis and pedis. Even though the shop closed at 6, the lady we spoke with was willing to accommodate us after hours. The staff here was very friendly and did a wonderful job. I am not from Florida, but the next time I visit, I will come to this nail salon. Phenomenal experience.

Third time here and the place is quiet, clean and nice staff. Material didn’t hurt, i did the liquid gel and it lasted . Only had one nail break but that wasn’t until i needed a fill. My tech is very nice and gentle. Not expensive.

My daughter decided to treat me to a pedicure for my birthday. She picked Penelope's Nails and spa. My daughter visited before, and liked the place. I, on the other hand, found out that it was definitely not the place for me. The female owner acted like we were a burden, instead of clients. She was extremely short tempered, and acted like any question we asked was stupid or irritating as she rolled her eyes. The entire atmosphere was filled tension. We ended up sitting and waiting for 30 mins. Even though we had appointments, and were on time. The owner, the atmosphere, and the pedicure were all below par. I didn't ask for anything special, other than pick my color, and have my pedicure. No special designs. I simply wanted my toes painted nicely. When we finally got out, it was 2 hours later. As we walked out, and looked down at our toes, I could see that she didn't do a good job. She didn't cover the entire toenail with paint. She got paint on and around my toes. She never saw it, or bothered to make it better. The paint began chipping off my toes, the very next day, and I paid extra for gel polish because it is supposed to last longer. I have never had nail polish, from a pedicure, start chipping off the next day. Then, to put the icing on the cake, on one of my toenails lifted up and peeled right off! I had nothing left but the bed the nail should have sat in. I'd stay away from here. I have never been so disrespected by an employee, especially the owner. Her pissy attitude, and her 'I don't really GAF what you want or need' service to her clients is shameful. I wouldn't recommend that nail salon to anyone.

I have been getting manicures and pedicures for about 9 years. They are friendly, clean, and do great work. Great prices too. Creative in their nail designs.

Honestly I did not like how the owner was addressing her worker and she seemed to be in a bad mood when asked to do a favor on one of my nails simply said no that she was to busy and yet did not get another client till later on did not appreciate the mood
