Watch out. Nothing is free and it seems you get less service than what you paid for. And they will start additional work/repairs with out notifing you. I will never use This pep boys again.

The good thing I have to say about this place is the online booking was great. Other than that, the moment you arrive there is no one in the front desk, they don’t even know what you’re coming in for. I went in for a simple oil change and ended with a new problem. Horrible customer service. They definitely need to tighten up their professionalism and skills set.

The St Cloud, FL store met and EXCEEDED my expectations, the manager Johnathan said he would call me back when he found the tires I needed, he not only found the tires but had the tires ready to install the same day, and on a Friday late afternoon ? , a great hugh Thank You.

Today, I got to see what is wrong with my car. The people at Pep Boys, especially Preston and Greg are so friendly, considerate and helpful. Pep Boys in St. Cloud has helped me with my car for years now. They are great to deal with professional and fair. I highly recommend this store.

I cannot thank Jon (Jonathan) enough for his help on Friday, May 24. He was so helpful and considerate with my frustrated situation and he went above and beyond with fixing my car. Even though they were busy and low on staff, he took the time to fix the issues that my car was having.
