DO NOT RENT HERE!!!! We have rented a unit at this facility since 2017. I am a senior citizen on a fixed income and recently had to put my husband in memory care. On September 30th I cleaned out my unit in order to cut back on expenses. I tried to talk to someone in the office several times but it was always closed. I finally had to close the unit via the website. I am now told I cannot get a refund on my October rent because the bill was sent out on September 28. I have always had payment taken directly out of our checking and we NEVER received a bill during our renting here. So I have paid rent on a unit I no longer own and unable to use. Had I received a bill or statement from them I would have been more aware of our start/end date.

Eddie was super helpful with my grandma’s new unit! He helped us each step of the way and made sure we were all set. We were able to get a unit and start moving things in the same day!

Property Manager was so helpful not only explained to me the differences of storage units sizes but helped me out choosing the correct one for my belongings. He helped me save money comparing other storage units places around the area. Thank you so much for all his help.

It used to be personal mini storage never had problem since now is istorege it has been a really bad service paying for ac units and it hasn't been in service for months.

Staff was very helpful. Showed me the unit he felt was best for what ai was looking for. Explained everything on hours and monthly fee's as well as access times and code setup. Highly recommend

Rented a storage space today and Eddie the manager was fantastic. He explained all the features and it could not have been a more smooth experience. The place was clean the people friendly. Everybody spoke English. It was a great experience. I recommend it to anyone.

The mangers here are amazing! Eddie and his team were able to help us transfer to bigger units. It was hassle free and they made everything so nice. The units are clean and well maintained. Honestly a great place!

We had a serious issue in getting our New Unit and closing out our Old Unit, and she easily and patiently and gracefully took care of us.
