Been looking for a Paradise Gourami and decided to go here. As soon as you walk in, there are like 5 employees holding a cat having a conversation and I did not get greeted. I go straight to the fish section, stood there for a few minutes. Enough time for someone to come check and see if I needed help. Nothing. I walk out and they are all still standing there holding this cat and tell me to have a good day. Sadly they had the fish I was looking for. But since none of them decided to do their part as employees I walked out and let them know they lost a customer. This only happens at this location. I never have this problem with the he one in Lake Nona. You employees are the face of the company. Make sure you are training them correctly and that they have proper customer service skills.

so ive been shopping here for my hamster for a while. about a month ago i noticed in my
home there was a moth infestation. specifically in the room my hamster is in. the recently purchased food was infested with moths. then about 2 days ago i went into the store, and while looking for more food i noticed the entire store is filled with these guys! make sure to look at the food u are buying before purchasing, i am disappointed they have not fixed this issue yet.

Was at the store on Tuesday 4/2. As I was looking for my dog's food I was disappointed to see they only had the 14lb bag, which my dog would finish in about 3 days. As I was walking towards the front to make my purchase I noticed the bigger bag on the pallets waiting to be stocked at the very bottom layer. Ashley noticed me and asked did I need help finding anything. I explained to her that I would hate to be that type of customer but what I really needed was the bigger bag of food on the bottom of the pallet. Without hesitation Ashley said we will get it for you as quickly as possible, and proceeded to break down the whole pallet to get the food I needed, which was going above and beyond my expectations. I asked her do they have any type of recognition program for their associates, because she needs to be recognized in all ways possible. Ashley really made my shopping experience convenient, I really appreciate it.

Bought a betta on Thursday and by Sunday it was dead. The water was well conditioned. I actually had pellets in the water to indicate when water needed to be changed. The fish was sick! Also in looking at the cats in the store, they are sleeping inside litter box. They look sad and sick. Don’t respond to people. Only one person at register while others are walking around socializing. I am not sure where all the good reviews are from because this us the worst pet supermarket I’ve ever visited.
