I chose to go back to the gym after 6 years out. So I chose same one as I used to go because it was always cleaned, and very knowledgeable staff with trainer and always someone close to help out and keep the 30 minutes zone as 30 min, not as when the people like to be out of the cellphone and take forever to get done. Now is way different than before, understaff, not paying attention to people or 30 minute zone, no trainer, no knowledge of equipment, if you have a question about how to use equipment the answer is scan tje code and it tells you how. So sorry for persons that never used the equipment before, or eldery people who doesn't understand how it works. No employees around as it used to be, you find them at the cell phones at the front desk. Now it's not so clean. Staff is friendly but they need more help to provide the great service they had before. That's the closer to my house and that's why I keep going there as I know how to use equipment but people who have no knowledge please look for another place , I am already looking for another place.

The gym itself is pretty good. Not the biggest gym so it can be a little crowded at certain times. Also, there is no weight benches there except for the smith machine, which was disappointing. I signed up online and didn't know. Also, they do have a decent amount of equipment but not as much as I'm used to and missing ones I used at other gyms. Its my fault for not checking the place out before going. If they aren't known for having that equipment they are great, id give them a 5. But, not having that equipment, I give them a 3. I met halfway in the middle with a 4.

Clean and spacious. For me it is not 5 stars because none of the stairmasters connect to the Apple Watch. I ask the employees and they tell me that they didn't know it could be connected. In May it could be connected.

The place is clean, the staff is great and polite and the machines are always in order. Honestly it is a great gym for starters.
