The process at the beginning on getting a consultation and picking out materials went great. As soon as this was over, I never received my quote and it was like pulling teeth to get any form of communication. I followed up once and was told that my quote was in the last part of review. I followed up another 2 times and could not get a response. This whole process was over a 2-3 month period of just trying to get a quote which was a HUGE waste of my time.

QUALITY/RELIABLE/PROFESSIONAL – If you’re considering upgrading your existing floors or building new you should reach out to Precision Flooring and Granite. We replaced our original flooring (22 yrs. old) in the bonus room and couldn’t be more satisfied with the outcome. Precision Flooring and Granite were very helpful throughout the entire process. I don’t make hasty decisions; they were very patient with me while I took numerous samples back and forth from their showroom. Kenny located the carpet, provided an ETA, met the ETA, and installed the carpet on schedule. Kenny noticed a low area in our flooring that I wasn’t even aware of. He leveled it prior to the carpet being installed, perfectionism at its best. We chose a tight loop, hoping for longevity. I’m sure the pattern that we chose was somewhat challenging to lay, but the installer took his time and got it right. We debated what to install on the stairs. I’m so happy that we flowed the carpet up the stairs. It looks great, and I feel that the carpet provides somewhat of a sound barrier too. Our new flooring is not only beautiful, but also very comfortable. Precision Flooring uses high-quality padding, and the feel is fantastic. I highly recommend Precision Flooring and Granite for your next home improvement project.

We are so pleased with the work that was done on our home. We originally wanted 1/2 of our house to be tiled along with our shower to be redone. We were so happy with the work that was done that we decided to have the whole house done.

They don't follow up with estimate requests through their website. I waited a week and didn't hear a word, so I called the office. I was told the office manager was out and that she was the only one who could schedule a time for someone to come out. I left my name and number and never received a phone call. I had a decent size job to do and now a different local business in St. Cloud has my business. Reputation for good work is nothing if you don't have the customer service to back it up.

Guy came past appointment time and was on the phone, I had to get him from outside. Seemed disinterested in my bathroom and kitchen remodel. He came on a Tuesday and said he would "try" to get me an estimate by Friday. It's been 4 weeks and still waiting on an estimate. Not impressed at all with this company's lack of care and follow up. Horrible.

Top service, they installed Quartz counter tops in my kitchen they look amazing, when I phoned with a problem they came out the same day and put it right, I’m not used to that kind of service! All the office staff are charming and very helpful. The installers were very pleasant and cleaned up after the job was finished. Prices are extremely competitive.

After years of working with this company, I did not accept an order of flooring that was not what was represented. I had paid 50% deposit and they passed a restocking fee onto me. I never took possession of the flooring. As soon as I saw it was not as presented, I refused the order. Short sighted decision by them means NO more business from me or any of my associates. In addition, I repeatedly asked for a per square four price to compare to other flooring I was looking at and they avoided giving it to me. They then charged me $5.00 a sq foot for 2" floor tile. My bad....their mistake! Be sure to get everything in detailed writing if you choose them. I won't be choosing them anymore.
