I was very happy with the attention that I received at Dr Stein’s office. They were able to fit me in at the last minute and were very cordial. Sharon the nurse was very helpful in addressing my concerns.

I just switched to Pro Health and had my initial appointment with Dr. Stein, everything was great, I feel all my concerns were addressed, Sharon the nurse was wonderful as was the front desk. Dr Stein was very respectful, if you looking for a provider I would highly recommend Dr. Stein.

Dr Stein and her nurse assistant Sharon are nothing short of phenomenal.Dr. Stein is prompt with appointments. Sharon returns my calls, and always on the same day.Front office personnel Tina and Rosa acknowledge patients with a smile as they sign in, making you feel welcome.Whenever I call the office, I hope I am assisted by Denise. She has helped me numerous times when I’ve needed to change appointments. Her positive personality is truly admirable. Speaking to her never fails to brighten my day.The care I have received from Dr. Stein and her staff over the years is worth my drive from the coast. When you find a doctor you trust, you do what you got to do. Having a kind professional staff just makes it better.Thank you, Dr Stein for taking care of me

I saw my new care provider Lynette for the first time. I was very impressed and pleased with her willingness to get to know me and ask about my medical history. Most of the doctors I've seen in the past, just come in and take your vitals and listen to your heart and lungs. They ask if you're OK and send you on your way with papers for another blood test.Thank you Lynette, I hope you are very successful at your new practice.

So this practice used to be alright when they had DR Nikole Stephens but since she left it has gone downhill. Avoid DR Stein at all costs because she is rude,cold,careless. she does not listen to any of the patient's concerns and is all about clocking in and that's it.

We have been with this office since 2020 when we moved to Florida. No issues. Our regular doctor left but Anthony has been great. No issues and friendly office help.

The doctor I chose as mine and my daughters primary care physician, left the practice shortly after our very first appt in 2022. I was never advised of her departure until I needed another appt. I was in a tight spot and decided to see the APP as I wasn't given an alternative. I have never had one good experience with this office. The doctor and APP were fine, but the staff is rude and unwelcoming. I have high blood pressure and my insurance stopped covering it as they want me to do online ordering. I called the office and asked if they can move the remaining refills on my prescription to online ordering and I was advised that I would need to make a doctors appt before they'd be willing to do that. Not only did they refused to help with my refills, but the women was so rude and condescending. There all about the money, not about the patient's well-being. I just hate that I waited so long to find another primary care Physician.

Dr Stein and her staff are great. I needed a local Primary Care and she has been amazing. Sharon her nurse are old school and pay attention to me. Marisa is amazing. She really had to fight with my insurance company for some new medication. I’ve never had this kind of service.

The staff at this clinic are hostile and very condescending. I received a call as a reminder for my appointment. As I thanked her for reminding me, she proceeded to personally shame me for not responding to yesterdays call… it came out of nowhere. My coworkers were there while I took the call and heard everything. We were surprised on how she continued the unnecessary snarky remarks. I called someone else from the clinic, cancelled my appointments, and reported the incident. I have found another clinic. And my colleagues agreed to never go there judging from that whole situation. You guys really embarrassed yourselves!

Office staff and scheduling team are amazing, they took time to help me get an appointment that I needed asap. Compared to the other doctors that couldn’t see me till may or demanded a CC on file, Dr Kleins office was awesome. Thanks Ladies!!!

I been with them for a few years and they are the Best Drs. Nurse Practitioner Anthony Gustitis thank you and the staff very kind and understanding they listen and go beyond am thankful to have had them. I totally recommend Prohealth Family Physicians. I have been with ProHealth Family Physicians for a little over a year now. The staff is friendly, the office is clean. My provider Anthony Gustitus is excellent. He takes his time to answer any questions you may have. I highly recommend him. I referred my 2 adult children to him who are also patients.??

Kimberly Stein, NP isvery knowledgeable, detailed and easy to speak to. Her nurse Sharon is also very friendly. Mary from the back office is very friendly and pleasant on the phone. Always follows up with phone calls, which is nice.Overall friendly office staff.
