This Publix Pharmacy is the worst. They continuously tell you prescriptions will be ready in an hour and it never is. Taking 2-3 trips just to pick up a prescription is extremely inconvenient for the customer. If you get to the Pharmacy from the Doctor’s office or Hospital to pick up your prescription and they tell you to come back in an hour- the prescription should be ready in an hour. The Pharmacy needs to improve their efficiency. This has happened too many times to count.

It is a typical publix. Pricing is definitely higher than the walmart up the street, but they always have a great selection and good produce. The deli and bakery is nice. There is people around to help you find things. They are helpful. Good service. They usually have plenty of checkout people.

It’s an overall decent store, with the exception of their Deli department; the staff they have there is so incredibly rude for absolutely no reason whatsoever. No matter the time of day, all their staff back there has a nasty attitude. They act as if it’s an inconvenience to service the customers, I’ve gone in the morning when they’re is no people at all, and I’ve stood in line for more than ten minutes waiting for one of the seven employees they have in the department to decide to help me and when they do “help” they do a horrible job. I’m sorry for whatever issue you’re going through but it’s not my problem, and if you don’t like your job, get something else or at least change the attitude. I went today for some chicken; I ended up waiting about ten minutes in line with a long line of people behind me because the guy who was servicing was busy cracking jokes with another employee. When it was my turn to be serviced, the guy kept rolling his eyes at every question I was asking him- I apologize, I’m not aware with the rules of YOUR JOB. When it was time for me to go pay, I noticed he didn’t even put the tag on my food for the price, I ended up guessing off of the top of my head for the price because he couldn’t do his job correctly. I know this is going to fall on deaf ears because at the end of the day, they only care about your money. But it’s frustrating because every time I go to the deli department I’m left feeling like a burden.

Wayne provided me with great service today! There were no Polly-O ricotta cheese left and was able to find two for me. I just love Publix Customer Service!

Love Publix. Especially their bakery. We always order Chantilly cake. They make it even last minute. The people who works there are helpful, professional. Always with a smile on their faces and greet you well

Just wanted to thank Rey and Nick for outstanding customer service. I had gotten off late and arrived near close and needed some food for an event for my son and we’re very accommodating and very helpful through the whole process.

We usually go to this Publix but this time we had a very bad experience at the Deli. We went to get a chicken tender sub from the deli it was about 8:30pm. We always come here and have a nice experience but that night we had Tracy and she was so rude. We order 2 subs and she wanted to make them both at the same time. I asked her to make one at a time, because my bf and I wanted different things on it. She game a dirty look like I was asking her for something so difficult. She was rushing us and forgot to put the cheese, so I told her that she had missed the cheese and made more rude gestures. We get to the veggies and she want to make it how she wants; this are our sandwiches and is her job to make it with our request. As far as I know the lettuce goes first, but no she proceeded to put all other veggies and the lettuce last. In the end the sandwich was a mess and she said “well I’m not going to be able to even close it”. Right…because you decided to make a sloppy rushed sandwich. Then she tells us next time you should order online because at this time we are closing the line and we don’t have chicken tenders either. I reply by saying that “you were still open and we had the right to order a sandwich”. She continued to make unnecessary comments and rude gestures. If your slogan is “where shopping is a pleasure” then no matter what time it is my experience should be a pleasure in any department of the store. Between all this 1 online order came in and Nick came to do it, he was so upset about making it. He was slapping things around, taking under his breath and just creating an unpleasant environment. Additionally, you had plenty of people working at the deli, but only Tracy making sandwiches and like 6 people waiting in line for subs. At the time all your deli employees were just focusing on closing and not taking care of the customer. Another employee should of been helping with the subs to make sure you customers are having a pleasurable experience. Here is the picture of the sloppy sandwich. I really doubt I’ll be coming back here, I’ll drive 10 more minutes and go to the one in cano creek.

This is a nice Publix and I usually never have an issue with them EXCEPT for the deli department. I’m not sure what the problem is lately but I’m done ordering subs from them. I ordered a hot roast beef sandwich which normally comes with completely cooked roast beef and melted cheese, cooked onions and peppers, and toasted bread. I did not receive that. What I received looked and tasted absolutely disgusting and went into the garbage. Not only was it completely wrong but they also put oregano on it, which I did not order because I hate oregano.

I just want to say that this Publix is the absolute best I just spoke to the pharmacist who's working today her name is Jesse she was absolutely amazing she was so sweet was very patient and this has to be the best pharmacy ever anybody who doesn't come here to get your prescriptions you need to start coming Mikel is the manager and he is absolutely the best in the whole entire he has the best personality he's so kind I just love him so much and Greg is amazing also everyone that works there treat you with respect and they treat you so nice and they work with you and they always have your prescriptions ready for you ?

I grab some quick groceries here right when they open on Sunday mornings.The impression I have gotten in those visits has been that of friendly and helpful staff, good management, and employees who get along.This is one of my favorite Publix stores.I also want to add that they have self-scanning checkouts. As of now, I haven't seen that in all Publix around here.
