This quest office is a mess. It’s super small and can’t accommodate all the patients waiting. They say it’s 30-60 minutes for walk ins and here I am waiting almost 90 minutes. When I mentioned what the estimated wait time is, the worker here said it’s not up to her that appointments are first, even if someone shows up 30 mins early for their appt, they will be called before the walk ins. She confirmed the estimated wait time is false and then she shook her head and walked back in the lab. Not to mention there are many signs here that say please don’t get too aggressive or we may ask you to leave. How awful is it to have to put these signs up instead of actually fixing the messy process they have going on so the patients aren’t feeling neglected.

Very short wait. Was called at my appointment time. Phlebotomist was top notch, very professional, and very friendly. I would love to get her every time I go to Quest.

I was in and out in less than six minutes and the lovely young lady who drew my blood did a great job..no pain, no bruising

Elaine is an excellent phlebotomist who provides outstanding service. She goes above and beyond to make sure you understand any questions you may have. Appointments are always on time. I have been coming here for over 2 years and have had no problems at all.
Thank St Cloud Quest for making this process so simple.

I dont like at all the auto check in. Prefer to be received by a person not a machine. Very impersonal. We are not a flock of sheeps.

The wait was not long. Of course you have to have an appointment otherwise your wait will be longer. They will take appointments first before any walk-ins. The staff is very professional and understanding although patients are not. Overall I was in and out in no time.

Once a year I use Quest to do my annual blood work and always had a good experience there. The staff is professional and the location is convenient and close to home also you get back your results quickly which is nice so definitely continue to use them in the future

I make an appointment, as I need blood drawn once a month, and only once have I had to wait a few minutes after my appointment time. The techs are always friendly and compassionate.

The AC Unit at the location was not working, but the phlebotomist that took care of me was excellent. It was disappointing to see the employees working under those conditions. The lab should have closed its door for the well-being of its patients and employees.
