I dropped off a white shirt to get two stains removed. When I picked up the shirt he refused to let me see it before paying - first red flag. I pay and walk out to find the stains are still there, so I turn around and go back inside andtoask for a refund. He got extremely loud and defensive. He said he has a 'no guarantee policy' - keep in mind this is 'policy' not printed on any tickets or receipts and not told verbally to the customer.I'm frustrated that before I paid he did not say anything, after I paid he did not say anything, only when I confronted him about one stain he then said he was able to get out the other and when I flip it over the other stain is still there. Then he says he cannot remove stains from this style shirt - so he knew he could not perform his job when I dropped off the shirt but still accepted the shirt to make a quick dime off of me.It's not about the money or a refund now its about the fact that he is a liar and a thief.

DO NOT GO HERE. HE SCAMS PEOPLE. I brought in 9 pairs of pants with a 10th being a reference pair. Said he could do all of them no problem, give him 1.5 weeks. I went to pick them up and not a single pair of pants had been tailored at the waist. Not one! So he says he’ll fix it come back in 1 week. I just went to pick them up and not ONE pair is tailored. He says he can’t tailor them. He then tells me “come back tomorrow and see if the owner will give you a refund” HE IS THE OWNER. I paid upwards of $100 for literally nothing. Go at your own risk

On January 9th I went into Raj's with a six pairs of pants that I needed suppressed. Raj stated they could match the sizing with a pair of pants so I left them with the six pairs I needed suppressed and a seventh pair that was to be used as a sample. On January 16th I returned to pick up the completed pairs. I was charged $78. Unfortunately there is not a place you can try on, so I returned home to try on the pants. Once I put them on I realized the legs were tapered but the waist was not suppressed. Imagine 30" legs with a 34" waist. I retuned to the cleaners that same day and Raj said it was a mistake and miscommunication. Took the pants back along with the sample pair and asked that I return in a week and a half. On January 28th, I returned and again the pants were "completed". I was charged $90. I returned home to try them on and every pair was sized differently. Several pairs had not even been suppressed! I laid all the pants out and none of the waist sizes matched the other. I then returned again to Raj. His wife was at the front counter and was very kind. I explained what was happening and she took the pairs and laid them out. She realized something was very wrong and went to grab Raj. Raj came and looked at the pants then said the sample pair wasn't the same pair. When I pointed out the TICKET on the pants that said sample! He than walked away and I told His wife he just called me a liar when he was wrong and did not provide the services I paid for. She took the pants and asked me to come back in a week. At this point I have no choice since my pants legs are a 30" and my waist a 34". I'm just hoping they will finally fix it. I returned today to pick up the pants and when I walk in they're rolled up in a bag. They had not made a single adjustment to them, rather Raj tells me there is nothing they can do for them. Tells me he can put a stitch on the side but not suppress. I tell him no that's not going to work and politely ask for a refund. To which he tells me no he cannot do that. I asked what do you mean? You have completely ruined these pants. He tells me they don't have any money to refund me and he would have to first speak to the owners, when HE IS THE OWNER!!
