Made an appointment-9:30 staff was late, no big deal, stuff happens. The owner/ manager took over on a full set of acrylics, short rounded. I have 10 nails, 10 different lengths and 10 different shapes.These 2 stars are for the gentleman who did my toes. To fix this- I have to come back in an hour, mind you I was the first appointment of the day.So my opinions- try and make an appointment somewhere else and pay again or try and fix it myself. Fixing it my sled is to also change my toe polish.

So they say they are open until 730 PM we got there at 6:45 only needing nails soaked off they didn’t have to do anything else. They said no we closed. If I could give no stars I would. Maybe a miscommunication I don’t know but I know it does not take 45 minutes just to soak the nails off.

I don’t know why the reviews are so bad. I have tried several places in the area, even a few with many stars and it’s the only one where I keep coming back. People are nice and respectful, the job is done quick and the results are long lasting and high quality. No chipping or discoloring, my nails last over four weeks (if time is tight to get it changed) It’s not a place to be treated like a prince/princess, if you want relaxation perhaps a spa would be a better choice but for great nails I will return!

Called up to the salon. Hung up on 3 times. ThN when I asked price of standard acrylic nails. Women says. You come up here. And we tell you. Like. I would like to know price. Gas is so cheap now days. All I needed is a price. Guess they didn’t need my business. What a rude place. Do not waste your money. Obviously they are to busy to need new customers

I did my nail with gel, very bad job, I have to come back, same day, because it was peeling, and somebody else have to redo it, and guess what, 3 days later 3 more are peeling. Don't waste your timeI think the polish they used with me was bad ? I want my money back to go somewhere else, a week later ? My first visit to the salon. The gentleman did an excellent job on my pedicure but then abruptly moved me to another station, interrupted another nail tech and told her to finish my manicure. I thought this was very rude and unprofessional. Initially, I planned to return based just on the great job he did on my pedicure, but the rude, dismissive behavior was insulting. He was obviously frustrated that he did not appropriately prep my nails to remove the gel polish. After sitting with the foil wraps on for over 30 minutes, he proceeded to use a drill to remove the large amount remaining. I generally tip quite generously for excellent service and had planned to do so for him. I felt compelled to tip the young lady as she had to make her client wait while she finished my manicure that HE started. If she chose to give it to him, oh well. I doubt seriously that I would return and would not recommend to others. If you think people of color do not tip, you're sadly mistaken and if that has been the experience, you can't judge everyone based on a few. We don't tip for poor service. I still provided him a tip based on the pedicure. Interesting how these responses are so complete and concise, but no one in the shop has the ability to answer a question - the response was basically 'I don't understand english'. How convenient.

Overall very disappointed and can not recommend! I had an appt to remove acrylic, manicure & pedicure. Only 2 employees who were both busy when I arrived for my appt. The gentleman who did my pedicure sat me down immediately to soak for my pedicure while he worked on another client. 35 min later he started my pedicure and did a very good job, overall a good experience. My problem is with the acrylic removal & manicure. By this time multiple customers were coming in and the woman who did my acrylic removal and manicure was obviously rushing through. I did not take a good look at my manicure, before paying and leaving a decent tip, since I was ready to leave after 2 1/2hrs of watching these 2 employees rushing madly & also talking to each other constantly. After arriving home I have been peeling off small pieces of acrylic and have had to file my nails down to the tips of my fingers. Poor job indeed, will not return, will not recomment!Services: Manicures

This is the worst nail salon ever. The girl was rude, my nails are sharp and hanging over the skin. There is acrylic under the nails which another worker tried to remove. It was cutting the skin underneath. I didn’t have them painted as there was no use as they look terrible. She should turn in her license or go back to school. She was rude to other customers as well.Sinh is awesome there as he did my daughters nails and they look beautiful.Go somewhere else and save your money!!Service: Gel manicure

I'll be the first review. I did a pedicure. My nail tech was amazing. He want above and beyond. The salon was clean and sanitized. Everything was sanitary and within covid protocols. Their massage chairs on point. Good chairs. Extremely reasonable prices. No complaints. I felt like he did the most for me.

Been there two times. The first time I had to go back the next day because one nail had broken off. Two days after that I had to paint my own nails because 3 fingers the gel nail polish came off. Was charged $30 for a fill. One week later two other nails broke off so went in for two repairs sign says $3 for repair the lady charged me $6each nail when my total should have been $6.. The second time going for a fill (give them a 2nd change) nails dont look good at all. And the lady charged me $40 when 2 weeks ago it was $30. They make up prices and the lady was so rude when I told her that 2 weeks ago it was $30. She kept saying oh well its $40 and when asked to speak to manager or someone else she said they dont speak English.Update: not even 24hrs since leaving and already have a broken nail!!!!Would share a picture but dont how to on here.
