If I could give zero stars I would these people robbed me of my money did a crappy job on my floors I have a hole in my room where any animal can just come in my tiles are cracked and this is unacceptable my attorney will definitely be following up I definitely do not recommend these robbers!

We had a great experience with Bruce and his installer at Room At A Time. We needed to recarpet 2 of our bedrooms. The Mohawk carpet was great quality and so affordable. We will definitely use them again.

Amazing service. We needed some additional boxes of a flooring we already had that had been discontinued. After searching for weeks, I called Room At A Time and they located exactly what we needed and had it to us by the next day. Highly recommend. Thank you

One week quoted project 6 months later and counting. Have to finish project myself. No timely commitments. Mixed cement leftover for project dumped on my ground behind a tree. Mismatched plumbing hardware installed. Do not recommend this service.

Horrible! Never on time for anything, always an excuse! If could rate them negative stars I would! At least that way it would balance all of the FAKE positive reviews! If you are reading this, save yourself a lot of troubles, headaches, hassles and bull$h!+ and stay far away from this "company"

Probably the least dependable company in the market. If you want someone who actually shows up (after agreeing on quote and picking out material), do yourself a favor and choose one of the many other options around town. Bruce is a nice guy here, but he literally lied to us more than a dozen times when trying to get one room done after they had already done 2 others. The 2 other rooms mentioned were, in all fairness, done very well.

Horrible experience with this company. We were lied to countless times after ordering the flooring product and scheduling, rescheduling, and rescheduling so many times I can't count. In short, they are simply about as undependable as you could ever imagine.
