I took my daughters here to get pampered for their birthdays. We were warmly greeted by Mary as soon as we walked in. We've been here almost a two years ago and I think they are under new ownership. Much better service now. Kids were thrilled and the ladies that did their nails did a great job.

Very upset!! The man who serviced me took advantage that my mother left mid service and charged me with gel. I have a small cut on my cuticle from the drill. Overall felt uncomfortable he was very rough and messy.

I've been a regular customer for a while, and they never have good technicians stay and I always have new face do nails for me. This is so far the most ugly nails I ever had in my life. I'll never come back here any more. Never had someone put hand cream first, then asked me to wash hand.

Very disappointed in the service here. I will say they did a good job on my nails (hands and toes). First time I came my pedicurist mentioned she even felt unwelcome working there. Then my fingernail tech was on FaceTime half the time, which was a bit awkward. I guess it doesn't matter much if you do a good job, but it just added an unprofessional vibe. My second time I just came to get my dip powder nails off ($12) and nothing else. My nail tech was not happy about this. I'm assuming because of how small my bill was going to be. She scoffed when I said no thank you to manicure. When she said to wash hands, I asked if I needed soap. She said it doesn't matter. Then as I was walking away she told the nail tech and and customer next to us, "...she didn't do gel, nails, nothing so soap or no soap doesn't matter!" She seemed annoyed the entire session. It's very unlikely I'll be back.

Full set fill, pedicure a week ago and one of my nails has already broken off. The nail tech rushed through service. Charged $3 to "trim" my nails. I got a slight infection in both of my big toes. Never going back here.

Very surprised at the bad reviews but I've only been here once for a classic pedicure . Sonny was an amazing nail tech . Got my shape perfect . He was very fast and efficient. I'm extremely happy with how things turned out . The vibe was good and homey. No complaints . Pricing could be a bit more fair but a good experience nonetheless the less . Thank you Sonny

I will recommend this place managers and staff are friendly and Mimi is the best.I moved out of the state but whenever I return to visit I visit them to do my nails .

It was the worst nail place Ive ever been to. I spent $120 and walked out wishing I never went in. My fingers and toes were completely cut up. My nails do not look like the photo I showed at all. The polish is patchy. The French tips are all uneven and not straight at all. Would never recommend someone to come here. I don't know if they felt in a rush or what but it was my worst experience ever. They even did dip powder when I stated I wanted a full set of acrylic.

Thank you, Eva for always making my nails looks so beautiful and taking good care of them. The most I enjoying is the foot/leg massage, is my special "me time" to rest and relax and Eva made it possible; has gift hands. I definitely recommend Eva and Lotus Nails. I Thank you so much, Eva.

the service was absolutely bad from the part of the owner mary she treats the customers bad and her employees too, i would not come back ever again, i've coming here since like three years and the last owner was really good and would always treat us good and did them good, my issue was that since i didnt want it to do my nails with mary she got mad and didnt want anyone else to do my nails and i didnt want her because way before she did them and they fell like a day before,she does an horrible job and started yelling and fighting with the other owner which did absolutely nothing bad and she just wanted to help.

This place is SUPER unorganized. No management know how. You come in, sign a sheet but no one uses it. They also are individual contributors so they each only give a S@!# about their own customer. All of which is AWFUL for a nail salon. I could deal with the very limited english but overall courtesy needs no words, action is louder. And No action is the loudest. Enter at your own risk.

I've been coming here for about 3-4 months. I've made an appointment each time. Just about every time I come I have to wait. And I'm talking about 30-40 mins past my scheduled appointment time. I understand running behind 10-15 mins. But this is every time. I value my time and now twice, I've walked out after waiting 45 mins past my appoint time. Management says it's not their fault and they're behind. I value my time, previous salons have called me if the person I requested was behind, and asked if I could push my time back. Show your respect for your customers.

STAY AWAY FROM THIS PLACE! FAR FAR AWAY! In 20 years getting pedicures I have NEVER in my life gotten so injured. First of all the salon was not busy at all but the lady was majorly rushed. Didn't speak a word of English so I couldn't communicate with her. And she cut me SO BAD! I can't even put on shoes. I've never seen someone cut the sides of all the toe nails and my big toe she kept peeling my skin till I bled despite me telling her to stop many times (she didn't understand). I can't wear shoes, all my toes are cut. If I get ingrown nails I am going to be LIVID. I got deluxe pedicure and got zero massage or anything that was described. Oh on top of it I had to pay full price for it. Worst experience. I'm literally hurt and cannot believe this place is open.
