Very accommodating to the pets needs!

I previously took my pets to this clinic, but I would advise potential clients to reconsider based on my experience. While the prices may be appealing, the quality of care I received was disappointing. The female veterinarian appeared to lack the necessary expertise, as she assured me that my dogs' patellas were fine. However, upon visiting a different veterinarian in St. Cloud, the issue was identified immediately.
Additionally, I found that the vet at this clinic rushed through the appointment and did not provide a thorough examination. The front desk staff exhibited unprofessional behavior; they were frequently unresponsive on the phone and displayed a lack of courtesy. I also noticed that animals were allowed to roam freely around the facility, which raised concerns about safety and hygiene. The overall appearance of the clinic suggested that it had not been updated since at least the late 1980s.
Given these factors, I would recommend looking for alternative veterinary options for your pets' care.

I've been taking my dog there for years. I was told I had to leave a deposit in order to make an appointment. I understood and they sent me an email with a link to pay. The next day they canceled my appointment because I didn't pay within an HOUR. I was never told that I only had an hour to pay. It's absolutely ridiculous to treat customers like this.

It’s an OK place to get quick shots for your dog, but don’t go there if your dog is actually sick or even if you just wanna pick up medicine for your dog, they won’t help you and will tell you to keep coming back and coming back but won’t do anything to fix your issues or sell you the medicine your dog needs which she already had the test for. The girl at the front desk is absolutely miserable and rude.

First of all, i arrived for my appt on time, but was told to take my dog for a walk because the doc was gonna be another 45 min before arriving. The staff was very unfriendly and unprofessional. I'll never go back.
